Scott was extremely helpful in assisting us pick out last- minute furniture needs for my parents' assisted living facility. We found exactness what we were looking for, and Scott adjusted the tension on the recliner so that my elderly dad could push the leg rest back in without issue. Wonderful service! Great choices! Good prices!

Miss quoted a price on a bed. Tried to fix his mistake by giving me a cheaper model. I wouldn't accept it so I had to pay more for the salesman's mistake.

These guys were awsome... my wife assured me it was a queen... and after putting it together it in fact was not a queen. They easily exchanged right out for me. Highly recommend. Great customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service. This store is beyond respectful. Anthony, Terrell, and Tavon were amazing. They made the couch fit and never gave up. They also carried up 5 flights of steps for my apartment. The couch is amazing also! Very soft and high quality for a great price. 10/10 recommend shopping here!

Scott, the sales rep, was wonderful from the time that I walked in until leaving! He answered all questions and made sure that I didn’t have any questions before leaving the store. Scott even had multiple customers and knew how to juggle us all. I plan on going back to Rooms Outlet! A lifetime customer!!

This store is amazing. Everyone that works here is so helpful. The furniture is affordable but not cheaply made. I was assisted from the moment I walked in the door. I was allowed to take my time & sit on everything in the store without being rushed ! This is my second time buying from this store and both times my experience was excellent but this time it felt personal. They even celebrated my move in date with me.

I've bought my kids bedroom sets here and recently bought a new mattress for myself. I even went to other stores to make sure I was buying the best one for my hip and back problems! I am certain I got the best one from here because no hip pain after my first night sleep on my new mattress from here! So happy! These guys are always so helpful and easy to work with! Highly recommend!I'll always come back here!
