Staff and was great. We needed a wheelchair assistant and they were on point with information anf help. This was the explanation point to the Cavs win.

Arena itself is very nice - great place to catch a game or a concert.
Downsides: All food options are ridiculously priced. I always eat before going because I would pay at least three times as much to get any of the food offered here.
Additionally, the concession stand staff are the rudest, least professional workers I’ve ever encountered at a stadium or venue. If the prices weren’t a factor, I’d still hesitate to buy food here because of the many negative interactions I’ve had with the staff. I’m sure they’re not all bad, but I’m really not sure how those I’ve interacted with still have a job with how poorly they treat customers.

My family and I attended the Cleveland Monsters game in December as part of a partnership with a local school district for their hockey program. The seats were great, the atmosphere was friendly and energetic, and the kids had a blast. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was helpful. I would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse for a fun night out!

Saw a Disney on Ice here and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In the midst of chaos and all the kids and families they were still so nice! Clean and friendly atmosphere.
12-04-24 update: they introduced stadium lights that beat with the music and add to the atmosphere when our team throws down the three pointers! Such an awesome team this year and had a great City Edition night!

i hope this place goes out of business, they suck. I slipped on piss heading to my seat. I think I got Covid here too. Guest services are rude and useless. Took my money and made my night miserable. Wish I could give negative 1000 stars

It is my honor to witness 14 winning strike at the beginning of season 2024. This stadium was impressive with huge statues and fancy screens. The price was reasonable. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was really crazy. It was convenient to find a cheap and close parking lot. Thank you Cavaliers for giving me the very first time basketball home game victory in my life (1-2).
