This location is the most unreliable unprofessional pharmacy in Cleveland. And to think it's biggest profit comes from Cleveland Clinic and the community of Fairfax to Saint Clair. They never tell you the truth about your pickup time , never answer the phone , never come to the drive thru window , lie about delivery gives to the wrong information about your medication . They will LIE to you just to quote you . Nobody at this location has any ideal how to be professional.I am so done with these so called pharmacist they get paid to do nothing but lie . Rite Aid you should be ashamed. Close this location or fire and hire a entire new staff

Do not go here. They refused to honor the new price with GoodRx. The pharmacist himself told me that they are losing money and insisted that the price quoted by GoodRx was incorrect. He claimed he already knew it wouldn't work, so he wasn't even going to try it. Guess what? He eventually backed down and entered the new code I provided, and the price matched exactly what I had told him. He didn't say anything at the moment, but later, he threatened to write a note saying I can't use GoodRx anymore. I wasn't sure what he meant, and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Honestly, if you are losing money, just don't contract with GoodRx. Also, the pharmacist has nothing to do with how much GoodRx is offering, as he is on the payroll with RiteAid, unless he owns that pharmacy, which I highly doubt.

Honestly, if I would’ve known that they were unprofessional, I would’ve got my medication sent to another location. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for my prescription for the past few hours so I can come and pick it up. The lady claims that they will give me a call or text me when my medicine is ready. I still have not gotten anything all day. I’m not getting any of my medication sent here again nor will I be purchasing anything from here.

I wish I read to the reviews beforeThis is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. What a horrible staff. I called them 10 times over two days to check if my prescription was ready, they answered one time and made me hold for 15 mins without answering. So I had to go to the pharmacy and it wasn’t ready even though my prescription was sent two days ago. Went another time and still it wasn’t ready and when I asked when it’s gunna be ready the female pharmacist there rolled her eyes and said I don’t know. Wow acting like medications aren’t important for patients and that it’s okay to just delay the ‘prescribed meds’Stupid, rude and ignorant.

I really hate to give a negative review but I have to. This place is understaffed every time I come to this establishment I have a long wait in line and most of the time the products I need they do not have them.

The pharmacy can be slow sometimes, but the staff is very patient and kind. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now, and the vast majority of the pharmacy staff is amazing. Not to mention the employees working the register up front— they’re absolutely fantastic.
