I have changed my opinion after coming to this location many times. Over the past several months a few things have changed including the working knowledge of their staff. The lack of information they have is crazy. CAROLYN not only shook her head at me and could not provide any information on the product but was citing information for a different strain unrelated. And said that's what the "internet"said . Seriously how unprofessional? And laughable that she believes the "internet" is a reference. Also,the kiosk system does not have much depth on the products either.Having to order from the kiosk is not a great alternative as compared to having well paid hospitable and knowledgable staff.I do remember when the dispensary was filled with people that were excited about the products and had a great deal of knowledge about them. It seems as if rise is just another retail chain that will soon ruin the dispensary experience for us ohioans.

People are very nice and helpful at Rise . I love going here and it's the only dispensary I go to. They get you in and out even with a walk-in.

Love the staff when I come here amazing, but the smell in the building has to go smell like someone left a boo boo on the floor. The staff and patients should not have to walk in or work in those conditions please fix for the staff who have to tolerate that during their shif it’s unacceptable.

The other day I came in to pick up an order and was a little short on funds. The ladies there helped to make sure that I was still able make the purchase by chipping in their own personal cash to help. You couldn't imagine as one of the first medical patients in the United States what the meds means to me and my performance in life without pain. They understood and made certain I was taken care of. That's way cool in my book. Thanks.
