I love this place. The guys are very nice, very helpful and know their parts. They did not have a CD player for the truck. It is so much better than Pull-A-Part.

Caution they do jot check to see if they really have parts and will refuse to confirm that they have the parts. They will have you come in and wait just to tell you they dont but as a bonus they will sent you across the street to a&c who uses them as a backup!!!

Ordered windows from them and they have us two right windows. Offered no compensation for having to wait another 3 or 4 days for them to fix their mistake

As of recently I have had multiple issues with this business. And a sub contractor that I use has also had issue with them. Combined we have over 20 years of purchasing with them and as of this last year we have had nothing but problems. From payment issues to engine cores not being picked up and parts coming incomplete or missing components. I have had also had threats and personal attacks from one of the sales representatives. I have talked with a few other shops in the area and they have had similar experiences. It is regrettable that this long relationship had to come to this conclusion. We have not used them in the last few months and have had not much communication as in wrapping up the loose ends to close the account.
