I didn't catch his name but the thing on the side of his truck said laz. He was so sweet. He just came and picked a car up off the lot. Great guy, very nice, very personable so I just wanted to give him two thumbs way up

I was stuck on the highway during peak rush hour because my tire completely blew out these guys where the only ones not giving a 4 hour eta or charging $2-300 they came in less the half an hour and was decently cheap james is a goat ???? he told me what and why it happened

Clay just absolutely saved our day!! He was patient, professional, and personable. While I would never recommend blowing out a tire on the turnpike, I definitely recommend the great people and great service at Rich's towing. Thank you, Clay!!

My truck broke down on I80 West bound. They were the closest service, so I called them. The lady calculated the price and she gave me a quote for 675$ for the tow truck. Then someone from the background asked about the height of the first position vehicle, cause it's a car hauler and I was transferred to Nicki - the boss I assume. At first I told him that the height is 13.6", he said when they raise the truck up it will be 14:00", so they can't do that they have to send a service truck to take the front tires out and then put it back on when they arrive, so basically they needed both the tow truck and the service truck to be sent out and of course the price would be double. After checking with my driver I told them that the height is actually 13:4" and he said that still they are not allowed to do that, cause now it would make it 13:8 if they raise it. Having no other choice I agreed to pay for the both trucks to be sent out. Then my driver called me and said that they didn’t remove the front tires and they have removed only the driveshaft and refusing to put it back on cause they are not allowed. This is the first time in my experience I hear that, cause many tow truck drivers had always put it back on.So I called back to the towing company and I asked the lady for the refund because they haven’t removed the front tires. She put me on hold and then confirmed that they are going to refund only the part of the payment.So, basically they charged me more than twice, sent two trucks out there, removed the driveshaft and refused to put it back on - this is the first time I hear that (they say someone from the service should put it back on, because they are not qualified for that - correct me anyone - isn't this ridiculous ?) and agreed to refund only a portion of the payment because I didn’t want them to send a truck out there to see if it's possible or not. So, please follow me - I am giving them the following information - it's a Western Star, Car Hauler, the height of the first position vehicle is 13"4 - what else does a regular towing company need to know in order to make a decision they have to move the front tires or not? I could also answer all of those stupid questions like what's the vin number of the vehicle or what color is it, or year make model etc, but they never asked that.P.S. Nicki - the boss - **** *** - as I said during our conversation.P.S. Anyway they are still refunding me something. Thank you for that.P.S. They said they will be there within an hour but they came sooner than that. And they took my truck to it's destination safely. Whatever was good I can’t deny it.P.S. Nicki, again, ****. ***

Absolutely the nicest, most professional, accommodating business I have ever dealt with. Deer totaled my car at night as we were driving through Ohio on our way to CA. . Rob was fantastic-- so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Michelle was terrific--followed through with the insurance company and really helped us understand the process. I was waiting for 2 hours for a jump start. And they got there, and they didn't told me the price, and they charged me a $104. Just for ten seconds jump start What a way to ripe people offI will never advise none of you people to use this company. There are a rip-off do not use them. I am promising they will rip you off. ??

The lady working in the office is VERY rude. Each time I tried saying something she cut me off. I noticed damage to my vehicle. She tried convincing me a crease in the paperwork was a check mark. A gentleman just as rude came over tried saying the same thing. A few moments later he came outside with yet another copy explaining this is a copy from the police department. Where did the first copy come from!?!? The second copy was totally different from the first copy & the original I signed at the police department. Every area was circled for having damage on this copy but the original & first copy only 2 things circled.My car broke down because of high water, there wasn't an accident.Also, where are the photos? A couple of their drivers said they take photos before every tow.Regardless of how my car came to be there I was a customer. I should have been treated as such.

The lady working in the office is by the rudest lady ever. I noticed damage to my car her & another gentleman tried to convince me a crease in the paperwork was a check mark for damage. The crease was by glass, there is no damage to the glass and that wasn't my complaint. Noticing that the gentleman walked away and came back with yet another copy of the impoundment and tow record, stating this is from the police department. Like the copy we were just looking at wasn't from the police department!?! Also, the second copy he gave me was altered from the original signed copy at the police station. On this new copy my vehicle has damage all over, every area was circled
