This company blows!! They come pick up trash at 5 in the morning, 5 days a week at my apartment building…. They could care less about the noise they make that early which wakes the whole building up. Of course, my incompetent mgmt should switch providers but they’d rather save some bucks by going with the worst rated trash removal service in the area. You guys suck!!

I was damn near ran off the rode and into a parked car by one of there rouge drivers truck # 1283 on 8/01 by West 28th Lorraine by the high school he don’t need to driving like that especially by a school when parents are letting there kids out the car!!!

I'm getting aggravated with Republic Services. I've never seen such disrespect from the waste guys and its impossible to ever get ahold of someone. I've been trying since before Christmas to get a trash can replaced because the collectors broke my can. They throw the cans all over the place and have no respect for anything. I understand it's trash but I spend good money on the trash cans and don't need them broken.

What you see in the pictures are trash bags that were all in the dumpster but the truck lifted the dumpster and dropped the garbage that you see in the picture emptyed the dumpster put it back in place and drove off...this is ridiculous

I had an old love seat, wrapped in plastic, next to the bin. This was a scheduled pick up. The driver used the bin grabber to knock it into the ditch and only took the bin. I called and it didn't seem anybody cared. I am prorating my bill till its gone. Every day it sits, the less they will get. I am not paying for services not recieved

Absolute worse service ever. After telling me numerous times when I tried to get pick up for tv they told me do not take tvs. After the big deal about blue garbage cans in area the brochure was put on social media clearly stating they pick up tvs...so this time I called with that info and yes they tell me they pick up tvs...this is after dragging to big tvs to best buy and paying to dispose. Customer service is the absolute worst.

They continue to collect dumpsters at 5:30am in a residential area. This is not permitted until 8:00am. I have complained several times and they just don't care. I started taking videos and will send to local news and the city of Cleveland

It would be nice if after dumping the recycle bin if the driver WOULDN'T just drop the bin in the street and leave it. poor attitude.

EVERY week they empty the cans and bags of garbage fall out, sometimes even bust open, do they clean up their mistakes... NO they just drive on like they didnt see that half the can fell into the street... EVERY WEEK. It's so frustrating that you pay to have garbage picked up and but the company can't get a good ethics worker to do the job correctly and with a little bit of respect. Not that the company even cares but it's definitely BAD BUSINESS...

Basically through my trash cans to the Ground and left gor me to pick up, and dragged one can to the other side of my drive and instead of putting it back to where it was just leaves it there.

Absolutely horrible they hit my car, driver admitted he was at fault. Has been since April still nothing but a runaround! Horrible customer service always hanging up on me. If you don't want to pay for damage you've caused get better drivers!
