The commercial is a lie I was not one bit satisfied… I drove one hour to get there, and a gentleman who had to be at least 80 years old with no teeth waited on me, which is fine, but he wouldn’t give me the time of day barely looked at my wedding set told me to go home and think about it. I just drove an hour to get there. Why would I wanna go home and think about it. I told him I haven’t worn this wedding set in eight years because I have a new one and I just want to have some cash for it instead of it sitting in my jewelry box I was not allowed to speak to anybody else. I drove one hour and got literally three minutes of his time. ?

I bought a wedding/engagement ring set in September of 2021.I felt like the price was well worth the quality.She starting wearing the ring October of 2021.They sized her ring for free as they promised the would, while we went there to get it sized we purchased my ring.Here’s the important part, my wife lost the diamond from the engagement ring April of 2022, after a search for it at her work it was nowhere to be found.Needless to say she was devastated.The next day I took it to reads, within 5 minutes they looked at it and came and told me “it shouldn’t have fallen out it was their mistake”They replaced the diamond and reset it without charging me a penny no questions asked.I can’t thank everyone at reads enough for making an extremely stressful scary situation into an amazingly easy solution.It’s hard to put into words how satisfied, and happy I am with my experience at reads..!!!!Thank you so much!!!

I bought a wedding/engagement ring set. Felt like the quality for the price was great. I bought it in September of 2021, she started wearing the ring on October 31 2021. They sized her ring for free as they said they would, while we were there to get it sized we bought my ring at that time. In April of 2022 my wife lost the diamond of the engagement ring, it happened at her job and there was no chance of finding it after a search. Needless to say she was extremely upset. Heres the important part. I went to reads the following day told them what happened.... They looked at it for a few minutes, then came back and said it shouldn't have fallen out, said it was their mistake. No questions asked. They replaced the diamond and reset absolutely free of charge..!! I was truly amazed and impressed. I would recommend reads From the purchase price, the quality, and the great customer service. I Thank everyone at reads for making what could have been a nightmare and stressful situation into an easy and satisfying result. I can't put into words how thankful we are.

JUST A WARNING!!!!If you pawn any jewlery1.)Make sure you take pictures of your jewlery before you pawn it.2.) Have it appraised before you take it there.3.)video the transaction and keep your receipts!!! I learned very expensive lesson. I Will never go there again!!!!!

Reads is by far my go-to for jewelry repairs, appraisals, custom work.. etc. if you’re still shopping in regular retail you’re crazy! Reads has better quality and prices. If you don’t see anything you’re looking for just ask.. they located us some Amazing diamonds in 2 days to choose from.

Omg! I had a custom piece made and it is amazing. I also had my moms ring sized and again, amazing. I saw another ring and had to have that one too. I love this place and the guys.

The gentleman worked with me on the price to buy a ring and band for my fiance. Threw in a resize too, just to make sure everything was perfect. She was very happy. Very good selection and prices all around.
