IBELIEVE IN SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES.
I PURCHASED MATRIX CARBON,
I WAS ALARMED AT HOW EXPENSIVE IT WAS.
($37.00 FOR 1 LITER)
NEVER USING THIS PRODUCT BEFORE I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT
I WAS RIPPED-OFF!!!
CHECKED THE PRICES ON LINE AFTER I MADE THE PURCHASE.
I WAS CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE, COMPARED TO ALL THE OTHER SUPPLIERS IN THE AREA.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO RAINY DAY FISH, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY BODY ELSE.

Met Melissa she was very knowledgeable and helped me with a about 10 cichlids I bought for my 200 gallon. Normally I wouldn't buy 10 fish at a time but the prices were great so I was able to afford them. Coming back next week for 10 more. Highly recommend Rainy Day.

I love this place!!! Pretty good variety, unique and hard to find species go through constantly. Very healthy animals all around.
They also sell.... RO water I believe it is, which is awesome.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Now selling sugar gliders and poison dart frogs!!! (The green and blue ones are adorable!)
Definitely worth a peak for the aquarium, amphibian, and reptile enthusiast.

Nestled in the North Collinwood neighborhood is a charming fish store, managed by a dynamic duo who are passionate about all things aquatic. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by a colorful array of freshwater and saltwater fish, carefully curated by the owners themselves. But that’s not all – they also have a fascinating selection of amphibians.
And also know that they have everything you need to set up your aquarium or vivarium.
What sets this place apart is its personal touch. It’s not just a business; it’s a labor of love for the owners, who pour their hearts into providing exceptional service and expertise. When you support this small, local business, you’re not just buying fish – you’re investing in this community and helping to keep the passion for aquatic life alive.
So, whether you’re a seasoned hobbyist or just curious about underwater creatures, make sure to stop by this neighborhood fish store. You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and leave with a newfound appreciation for the wonders of the aquatic world.

Wouldn’t bother going back, drove from the west side. The pictures posted paint a completely different picture.

Walked in and thought it looked nice. But then tanks were covered in alge. The salt water tanks were very gross. Prices were decent but the male staff member I talked to was very rude and that changed my mind on it all. So I walked out and they missed out on a possible $50+ sale. Will not go back.
