I wish I could give them no stars… took my daughter to get some shoes and several signs were posted in the store area stating “You can not try on shoes but you can always bring them back”. I’ve never heard of not being able to try on shows prior to purchase. Before I saw the sign my daughter attempted to try the shoe on and one of the associate began to yell “You can not try on the shoes”. I should have left the shoes there but it was my daughters first pair of heels so she wanted them bad. Once I got to the register the employees attitude was worst then the signs and the previous employee. She rang the shoes up no thank you just rushing I’m guessing they were about to close and she did not feel like being bothered. I will NEVER shop there again.

I hate this store. Came here at 6:30 and door was locked. Lady comes to the door and says we’re closed. We close at 6:30. Website clearly says they close at 7 pm. This is not right. I’m mad I came out for nothing. I literally wanted to buy one shirt. Would have took me 5 minutes or less.

They supposed to close at 7 but I came at 6:35 and the doors were locked and the staff says there closed. But I see people in the store shopping. I will take my business elsewhere.

Didn't even get to shop... showed up at 630pm because hours said open til 7. Person inside told me they're closed as she straightened racks of clothes... no hours on the door to state otherwise. Thank goodness Burlington honors their shopping hours...

Very very rude,sign on the door said close at 6pm,it was exactly 5:42 when the the huge lady at the door slammed the door In my face talking about under staffed talking through a glass smiling....I asked for cooperate number she turned away and smiled like I was a joke. I pulled my phone out and proceeded to dial cooperate so she told another employee to go find the number.....She needs to be demoted and trained correctly....This is why establishments get closed down and she is one of the reasons your short staffed...IF she is rude to customers, I could just imagine how she treat other employees.....Jesus Fix it!!

Customer service was horrible! The store wasn’t busy and two associates behind the desk barley wanted to help with my exchange. When I asked if they can order my size online and have it shipped to my home. I was told I can do it myself just how I ordered online in the first place. Was not a good experience going into the store for a return after spending $130.00 online. Steelyard rainbow should do better.

I use to love shopping here, but after what the manager did today was rude and uncalled for, I may never shop there again, I walked in with my service dog looking for a specific dress when He (the manager) walked up to me and told me that my service dog was not allowed in the store, she would have to wait outside. This happened at the Steelyard Commons store.I contacted corporate by email and phone so we will see what the outcome will be, I don’t want to see anyone fired, but there needs to be something done so no one else has to feel the way I did today. That is why I can’t give them 5 stars
