Provide a ride got me to all my appointments that led to spinal surgery in the front of my neck I have four screws and a metal plate but when it comes time for me to have my surgery they denied me a ride shame on you thank God for Metro I got my surgery done cuz Metro took care of my transportation needs I will be following a complaint with the medical board or whoever that's necessary

Waited until 1 hour before my appt to tell me they can't accommodate the ride, when the ride was scheduled for over 2 weeks and they confirmed the ride the night before. I had to cancel an appt less than 1 hour before the arrival time because they waited to call

First time my mom uses this company and all I can say is they suck!... first she was taken late to her appointment at the hospital and then they left her stranded. She's in a wheelchair. She waited almost 3 hours and they couldn't manage to even pick her up. They had to get another company to the rescue. They should change the name from "Provide a Ride" to "You'll be lucky if you get a ride " ...bad service?

Lately my rides have been picking me up late making me late for my appointment. They keep giving me wheelchair accessible vehicles and I don't use a wheelchair. These vehicles have literally no leg room. I called to verify my ride for today's appointment and whoever took my original call set my appointment and hour after it's true time. Gonna be late for this one too I guess. Who are you all hiring and why is no one doing their job correctly.

For literally the 9th time in a row I have to miss a very important appointment because my ride never showed up. Dropped to one star. Would rate 0 stars if I was able.

WORST SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! RUDE, INCOMPETENT, and PATHETIC! Who is responsible for holding these dispatchers and drivers accountable for their actions and/or lack of?! Who even hires people like that to work for them??!! I'm APPALLED! This is the FIRST time I read these reviews to see what other's thought, obviously I'm not alone! Any company with 2 stars NEEDS to REEVALUATE THEIR BUSINESS from EVERY ANGLE!!! BIG TIME!!! I read a review that referred to these people as "GHETTO". WELL SAID! Another review stated "If I could give them negative stars I would". AGREED!!!!!!!!! I will be calling other medical transportation services today to schedule future trips. Enough is enough!

I drive myself to dialysis, found out they offer a mileage reimbursement program which helps since I am also on SSDI, last year they suddenly stopped paying even though my social worker was sending the forms, had to contact the BBB then they finally paid. So far this year, 2024, I have only received 2 payments, the make up from 2023, and maybe January, it is now almost June and that is all I have gotten. I do not know how they are still allowed to operate, I hear constantly how they strand people either to or from medical appointments, and now they don't even pay money they say they will. They still call me and send the forms for the reimbursements, but then don't follow through. Google needs to allow negative stars for companies like this and there needs to be an investigation into them

The app Sucks I've never been able to get it to work. *you have to use plan number not the member ID it ask for* And getting a sheet emailed over should not Take more then 24 hours. I received my paper after my appointment and I called in 3 days before the appointment. Now they are using a milage app called API. it gives you the shortest not logical way to go to your appointment I have noticed up to 10 mile difference from what I travel and what I am paid for. ALWAYS AN ISSUE. WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. AND TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING IS THERE DEPARTMENT. SO WHAT ARE THEY PAID FOR. btw they have not reached out unlike them saying they will.
Another complaint: I've just been on the phone for 52 min and counting more then 5 different departments because I need my paperwork emailed to me since they would not do that from the get go after I said it would not reach me in time. They then proceeded to tell me to call back day of if it had not reached me. So following their instructions and no one seems to know how to do their job. Why don't they just email the confirmation unless specifically asked for hard copied. The supervisor was just beyond rude to me telling me I'm not giving them time to get in office and get set up to send over email on their time. I'm excuse me I clock in and out at my job and I'm to be 100% ready when my sign says open!!

Id give it a zero if I could.no ever answers.you have to call caresourse and have them connect you with someone in order to talk to someone.this is by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered

I had a misunderstanding with Provide a Ride and they corrected every part. A classy company just give them a chance they are humans and if they make a mistake they fix it. I will use again and will suggest them to friends.

Spoke with maybe the meanest person on the phone, immediately combative the minute they answered the phone. Unhelpful customer service, avoid using them at all cost!
