Transportation sucks. Drivers cancel on you, claim they’re there to pick you up and they’re not. Elderly people and people with disabilities or other issues deserve better

Waited until 1 hour before my appt to tell me they can't accommodate the ride, when the ride was scheduled for over 2 weeks and they confirmed the ride the night before. I had to cancel an appt less than 1 hour before the arrival time because they waited to call
