Transport was late which mean we were late to the appointment. Should not take an hour or more to get picked up from an appointment. Plus the transport van needs work. Driver kept banging on the battery to get it to start. The back hatch kept opening up. Driver wouldnt even do the speed limit. I think he was worried about...
