Just dumb. Store closed, you have to call in and have an account in order for them to look up anything you might need. You go online to sign in and you need to HAVE an account number to REGISTER. No where in the website says anything about actually obtaining an ACCOUNT number in order to REGISTER in order to look for the part you need.

I wanted to pick up a couple things, it's open by appointment only. That is not mentioned anywhere online. I drove all the way there and they were only open by appointment only. I will take my business elsewhere.

I like PTS. It's been a go to for me when I needed a specialty product such as an abrasive for my shop. Unfortunately they are no longer just open to the public. You have to make an appointment. I simply don't have the ability to know that far in advance
