Dropped the phone off for a battery swap, guy said 30 min wait, so I ran across the road for a quick bite to eat and made it back before 30 min. The phone phone was ready under 30 min and the battery cost was reasonable at $40. I don't know about the rest of the service offered, but the guy was cool and took care of me for what I needed. I have them a 4 only because there's always room for improvement, otherwise they were a 5 star
