This shop and the shop owner is a god sent, we came to Mr. Mack thinking it a starter issue and instead of trying to play us and take our money he informed us that it was the in fact the battery terminal cable wasn't on tight enough. And to add the icing to the cake while we waited thankfully he has a convince store with a kitchen so I was able to enjoy some wing dings and fries with a nice cold can of soda

This place should have closed a long time ago. Mr. M*** is the worst kind of shady entrepreneur I've had the displeasure of making an acquaintance with in all of 2023. He calculatingly took advantage my nephew's naivete from the moment he met him. My nephew and I ended finally ended this fiasco before I left Cleveland. On December 15 or 16, 2023, he had the audacity to tell us that he was going on ******* to learn how to fix the issues because his mechanic was conveniently nowhere to be found!! I left Mr. **** a voice mail instructing him not to touch the vehicle period! Not once did he provide a detail listing of the work he supposedly performed and when I asked for one, he's yet to do so. !!!SCAM!!! After months of service and thousands of dollars later, car didn’t make it down the street. Apparently they’re notorious for ruining vehicles and taking advantage of people so jokes on me for not doing my research. Please save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I went to this shop a few days ago. And when I say this shop over and beyond to help me to get my car right. I am so happy. Mr Mack was so nice. A real caring man. I told a lot of people about this shop. They do everything and do it right the first time.

I TRIED TO SUPPORT A BLACK BUSINESS GUY (mr.mack's). IT WENT FROM ME SUPPOSE TO BE USING HIS TOOLS FOR $50 TO DO MY OWN BRAKES/ROTORS TO ME PAYING $560 FOR HIS MESS UPS. I BOUGHT ALL MY PARTS EVEN CALIBERS HIS MECHANIC BUDDY TAZMAINIAN REPAIR SAID I NEEDED. mr.mack's MESS UP TO MY VEHICLE (it had to stay over night) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (Ladies always take a MAN with you when conducting business with this person).CLAIM TO BE A MAN OF GOD BUT VERY MUCH A STRAIGHT RIP OFF. (I DO HAVE PROOF...pictures/receipts) Now if yall want a professional fare person I will refer yall to go to Power House Mobile 1 and ask for the MAN that cleaned up (mr.mack's) MESS AFTER CAUSING DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE- TAZMAINIAN REPAIR him and his wife are AWESOME.
