From the beginning of the moving process, PODS has been excellent! They kept me abreast every step of the way. All of the operators that handle dropping the POD off to picking it up, are very experienced, professional, and so friendly! Robert Chitester, operated the machinery with skill and precision! I highly recommend them!

Just want to say that Robert Chitester is a great employee & if ever need to use a POD again, up here, I do hope he is who comes! Was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & accommodating! Just a great guy & excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days! Cannot say enough good things. I was just so greatful that although I would have preferred the POD to be in one location, he explained how it was not possible & we found a different area that worked out great too!
We used a POD, technically my brother did, in Florida when moving from his condo to his home & had a great experience then, which is why we used again when moving my mom from her apartment. While her new rental is still not ready, we unloaded it at our house so she could save the money & get her clothes as winter is coming!
When Robert came to drop the POD off, we were really not sure how it worked as far as placement and so we were wanting it where it just couldn't go. While maybe where we put it wasn't preferred or may have been not acceptable, Robert & my son made it happen for us so, he got my thumbs up big time!!!
Again, just great customer service and to me, that says it all!!! Will DEFINITELY use PODs again in the future!!! Thanks again Robert for just being you!!

Our driver, Denny, was awesome! Got my container placed perfectly and spent time giving me tips for loading it to avoid issues while in transit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We met 8 drivers over a period of about 3 months with our 2 large pods. Every one was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating.

Hello, I had the pod sitting in my driveway for storage for like five months and the driver when he dropped it off he was gracious and very kind couldn’t be any better…
Then this week when I had the Pods picked up , the wonderful gentleman that dropped it off, which was a very same great guy that picked it up. His name was Robert CHITESTER…. Phenomenal Driver you have very personable very nice decent person and I will recommend Pods for a great storage and that’s what I used it for much appreciated and you have an excellent employee there Mr. Robert…C

When choosing a company to handle your storage needs, I thought it would be easy. There’s so many out there, prices range all over the place. However, using pods moving and storage, it has been incredibly easy and convenient. With that being said, I didn’t know what to expect when it comes to the delivery of the pod, I have to give a shout out to Robert Chitester… Robert called me 45 minutes before he arrived, he showed up exactly when he said he would. I had marked a spot where the construction workers told us to put the pod, he kindly explained why it couldn’t go there, but compromised a spot that I personally think is better. He walked me through everything he was going to do. He went above and beyond to make me feel confident and made me feel like a valued customer. I cannot say enough good things about Robert . . Robert , thank you so much for the work you do and the kindness you spread in this world. Thank you, pods moving and storage for hiring people like him to represent your company.

Never use pods, they breeched their own contract that says if the drop off calendar is booked up by your due date that as long as you call you won’t be charged an extra month of service well they charged me anyways and is holding my belongings after I called 3 days before my payment due date and the day of, even the day after and the calendar for delivery was booked out till 5 days after my billing due date.

Our delivery driver, Bryan, was very capable… did not hit one tree branch! He answered all our questions and was happy to let us all watch how the “Podzilla” works.
