Active fraud and blatant disregard for consumer protection regulations$40,000 they cleared the check into my account overnight They cleared the check into my account overnight And then took all the money out of my account When I went in to talk to the manager about it he said he would take care of it t The next day I called to see what was going on in a police officer answered the phone which I thought was weird The next day I called to see what was going on and a police officer answered the phone which I thought was weird Instead if I ever went back to that Branch again they would trespass me When I called the fraud department of PNC Bank they told me the only way I could get my money out was to go to that bank and get my money out so here I am my money's all gone no one's giving me any answers the police are telling me if I go to the branch they'll trespass me and the manager is nowhere to be found and the fraud department of PNC i is telling me It's telling no is telling me The only way to get my money out is to go to the branch The only way to get my money out is to go to the branch This place is a joke The manager has no idea what he's doing doesn't know the procedures and is scared to handle any kind of conflict with any customers And is a complete Thief I still don't have any answers It's been 2 weeks The fraud department keeps hanging the phone up on me The fraud department keeps hanging the phone up on me

I recently visited PNC Bank to have my debit card reprinted and was delighted by the swift service. Under the efficient management of Ashu Howard, Assistant Vice President and Branch and Business Center Manager, my card was ready in just a few minutes—much faster than I expected. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend PNC for their excellent customer service!

I recently moved to the Cleveland area, and decided to open up a Roth IRA. Vinita has been very helpful. She truly cares about the customers. She made sure I was well informed and helped me ask the right questions. Tom is really good too. Every time I go to this establishment, the employees are always cheerful and helpful.
