The machines usually function properly.My only gripe is .I feel that PNC could do a better job of sanitation of the machines.Birds come through and soil the screen and you have to touch the screen or go to a machine that appears to be cleaner

It’s actually just an ATM with personal bankers. You can’t do basically any of the things that you would want to do at a physical location. At this point I’m going to change banks because all of PNCs physical locations are bottom tier.

I have always had great experiences at this PNC location. It is east to make appointments with them online, they have friendly and patient staff and are located in University Circle. They are in a busy location but have a parking lot, so it's easy in-and-out.

Very pleased with the attention we were given by this location and especially Ben. Have a daughter in college out in Cleveland and I know she is in good hands with her banking thanks to him. This is a age of big banks and customers becoming numbers not humans. However Ben and PNC still realize that banking is a people business. Great Job PNC on Stokes and great job BEN

This branch does not have "tellers" it is a free for all. There is no line they wait on their favorites first. I have been there multiple times with over 5 people waiting while the staff stands around ignoring people while texting on the phone. Save yourself an hour and travel down the street.

I have a wonderful bank experience here. David is always a great help! Even if there is a line, I don't mind waiting to get to him, bc he can explain things very good and even walk you to an ATM ☺

I stopped in this branch to withdraw cash to send for a gift. I found it increadably odd that 1.) No tellers were working and was asked to sit and wait for someone to help me and 2.) That I was questioned why I wasn't using an ATM. Does no one ever come in for withdrawals because they want large bills not available at the ATM? Then what was probably intended as small talk totally rubbed me the wrong way because I already felt interrogated about why I was there in the first place.
