Been going to "Platinum Pooch" for 5 years or more. Very happy with the service. The staff is wonderful, the prices can't beat, and my pup looks fluffy and happy when I pick him up. He even gets a bandana!

This organization has, and is the delete of my day as well as my dogs day. When I drop her off for her "spa" day and when I pick her up I know she has been pampered; you can tell. The technicians as well as the owner are caring individuals who I believe are one of the best pet-caring teams in Ohio. Thanks for all you do Platinum Pooch.

My first time bringing my Yorkie to be groomed, and I'm definitely bringing her back! Meg was wonderful and did a fantastic job with my wiggly girl. Highly recommend bringing your pets here for grooming!

We love taking our dog to Platinum Pooch! Our dog gets so excited for her spa day every six weeks.
The shop is clean and welcoming, and the groomers are highly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. The groomers ensure that our dog is well taken care of and comfortable while she receives her services (and that she gets plenty of love and attention!). Our dog comes home to us perfectly groomed to our specifications and requests, and happy as can be! Could not recommend Platinum Pooch enough.

Pallas loves the pampering she receives each trip to Platinum Pooch Grooming. She always comes home happy, smelling great, with a “full-set” of neatly trimmed nails. We appreciate their service each trip!

Love love love this place! Asher takes wonderful care of my Nala baby and she always looks and smells so clean.
