Theeee worst! They hang up on you.. they never get the order right.. nd when they offer refunds rhey never truly offer em i had to go dispute two orders that never came .. nd even went to pick my order up they gave it to the wrong person i had to wait a whole hour just for them to remake em… close rhis location down or hire better workers cuz they suck

This location has declined GREATLY. My past two experiences have been take out and they have gotten progressively worse. The previous time I used my rewards points for a free pizza. I had my son go in to pick up the pizza and he was told there was no order for me at that store. So, I had to now go in (which defeated the purpose of me sending my son in and not having to find a parking spot) and deal with my "non-existent" order. The young lady at the counter told me the same thing she told my son.....good thing I brought in my laptop with the confirmation on it. Once she saw that, she still just stood there and shrugged her shoulders. Finally she called over another young lady (don't know if she was just an employee or manager or what), who was able to find it with my phone number. Why did the first young lady not look for it that way? She appeared to not know processes or procedures and not care that she didn't know. She retrieved my pizza and said NOTHING, just stared at me. This most recent time, I went in myself (to avoid confusion like before), and there were many people in the small customer area. It took 10 minutes for the young man behind the counter to finally get to me. The other customer's orders were difficult for him to find or retrieve and there were other workers in the back making orders, speaking loudly and using profanity the entire time. When it was finally my turn to be helped, he couldn't find my order (AGAIN, REALLY?). At least he knew to look for it in different ways. Then he blamed ME because it was put in the system using my first name instead of my last name. THAT HAS NEVER BEEN A THING BEFORE, and it's not something that the customer has control over. There are not enough workers first and foremost. The young man made sure to let each of us know that he was being inconvenienced by having to assist us because he had been attempting to leave to use the bathroom for over twenty minutes. With all of this, there are still the workers in the back speaking loudly, complaining about customers & the conditions AND using profanity still. This location is closest to me, but it may be time to go to the next one. They are horribly overwhelmed at this location and lack professionalism and customer service skills. I can only hope it gets better quickly!!!!!

Absolutely horrible, I ordered three things: a personal pizza, alfredo pasta and cinnabons. The only thing they got right was the pizza, I was missing the pasta and the cinnabons looked old and has absolutely no icing at all. Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza hut and when I called no one can answer me or give me a refund!

We either had a kitchen packaging mishap or a hungry driver mishap. Either way, we spent close to $60, including tip and our order was delivered with missing items.Calling the store turned into being answered by a call center, transferred to the local store, and was on hold for 30 minutes prior to hanging up and sending feedback online.We have yet to review any correspondence about our complaint or a refund offer for the food we never received.

I walked into dark, cold, dated unwelcoming store. There was no one at the register so I had to wait for someone to come from the back. I spent $50 and was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. The pizzza dough is tough, tasteless, the toppings were not fresh . Pizza was stiff. I ordered 6 boneless and 8 regular wings and was only given the 6, so I had to go back into that place. Breadsticks is missing sauce, cinnamon sticks have this HARD cinnamon on it and was completely inedible. The chicken was dry, so we ended up using some sauce we had at home. I stopped eating at this place YEARS ago and thought I would give them a try again,NOPE, never again will continue to with Marcos and Papa John’s and if we ever just NEED or WANT pizza that badly , we will definitely go to Little Caesars. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open, DISGUSTING! It’s so bad my 3 yr old niece won’t eat it and points at it to say NASTY! Haha

I places an order for a dinner boxes and go uncooked pizza and got breadstick in stead of cheese stick and they charge for the cheese stick, didn't get no sauce or icing for the Cinnamon stick

Ordered boneless wings for delivery with dipping sauces to be delivered. Understanding why this pizza hut has a low rating when I get my wings and sauce is all over the bag and over all over the dipping sauces and container but not on the wings. First time and last time ordering from pizza
