Chuck is a scam artist. Ladies Beware buying from this dealer. Make sure you bring someone that knows about cars with you before signing anything. They ran a HARD credit application on me then said he was able to work in house financing with me. Told him I needed a safe car for I had 3 kids. Thank God I had someone come look over it before I signed any paperwork. I would’ve been screwed. When bring this information to him he refused to work with me on any other cars he had on the lot and refunded my down payment. Beware!!!!

I am currently having a horrible experience with Patriot Auto. I purchased a Jeep that had a check engine light on. Part of the purchase agreement included a "we owe you" form stating they would correct the check engine light issue with no cost to me. Mechanic said the agreement was to fix it for a passing echeck not to correct the issue. The light came back on before he was back at the lot so decided I was to be charged for the repair ignoring the purchase agreement made. I was told they would have the Jeep a day or two. Two weeks later, with no rental, they still have the Jeep. Now making claims that I have to pay because the repairs aren't covered by a warranty. My calls and messages have been met with excuses, combative replies, or just ignored. It took a week to get any response at all! This issue has caused two weeks of lost wages and missing a cemetary visit on my sons birthday which they were made aware of and showed total disregard. I realize they work with subpar credit however there are others out there who treat their customers better. This is also my experience not everyone was met with distain like I was. They need to uphold their end of the agreement, it's not my fault the problem may be more than you predicted when making the agreement. They have shown me poor customer service, intentionally ignoring a paying customer, and just bad business practices. Service dept. needs an overhaul!

From the moment I walked on the lot the staff at Patriot Auto Sales was very helpful and professional. Gary, Chuck, Matt, and Fransico made buying from them very easy. I was searching for a specific vehicle, and it just so happened they had taken one onto their lot. I am very happy with my 2014 Honda Ridgeline and equally happy with the buying experience they provided. If you are looking for a good quality used car at a fair price, I highly recommend Patriot Auto Sales. They are willing to work with you without making you feel pressured. If you test drive a car off their lot and find any issues, they will make it right.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment at 10:30, showed up a couple minutes early and the employees “couldn’t find” the lady I had an appointment with. The car I was interested in was labeled as no issues and had “no accidents”, right off the bat I was told it needed new breaks, a new air bag, had “belt” written on the window, the front end was messed up and the airbag in the steering wheel had obviously been deployed. On top of all of this, employees there were wearing pajama pants and t-shirts. Not professional at all.
