I do not recommend these people to help you move. Unprofessional. They took two hours with their second trip back to my old house.. went to my old house which is a five minute drive from my new one just to see one of them sitting in the truck taking a lunch break and the other one taking a dump in my bathroom. (Which they flooded btw) then today I went to the old property to take pictures to send them to the realtor just to see that they caused significant damages to my laundry room door that required a contractor to come and replace the whole door. I’ve reached out via email and tried to call them just to get the phone hung up on. “Locally owned” “family owned” yeah they take honest and truthful criticism to the heart. I will be calling my credit card company and seeing you guys in court very soon. You guys took over 5 hours moving two bedroom sets and caused over 5k in damages to just my old house! Then ruined my 3k washer and drier! Didn’t ever set up / reassemble the bedrooms properly! Flooded both bathrooms in the old house. You guys are terrible and I have all the emails. Call logs and pictures all documented. As well as your employees/ husband and son doing nothing for TWO HOURS. terrible terrible terrible

We recently used Parma Movers to assist in our office space move. Our experience was truly above and beyond from our initial meeting with Rich to the actual moving day experience. We highly recommend them for residential or commercial moves. They were timely, respectful and went above and beyond to be sure our needs were met. We were amazed at how efficient they were and were complete with the move in less than half a day that would have certainly taken us several days. Thank you for assisting in our move and for the great experience.

I was so disappointed when I called to schedule my move. I have used Parma movers many times over the years and expected the same level of kindness, but that didn't happen. I was told they would not have my records because it was over 2 years (which they always could find me), I was told I couldn't request a certain mover (which I always did) and giggled at because my move wasn't until April and I was scheduling. I asked if someone was going to be contacting me about my move and was told No. I am not expecting special treatment but I came to trust Parma Movers and I will be searching for someone else. I have called a few others and they were very kind on the phone which anyone should expect.

This is our first time using a moving company, and I would recommend this company to everyone who is moving. They sent 3 guys, David , Caleb, and Nick, who were very efficient and quick. They did a fantastic job taking apart our king-size bed and putting it back together. This company had a very good hourly rate and didn't gouge us.

These guys did a great job with my move. The day was blustery and cold, and they didn't complain and kept moving. They were careful and efficient. Even fixed a previously broken leg on my furniture for me. We had two stops and they did a great job maximizing the storage in my unit so I didn't have to take additional things to the house. I would recommend them and use them again should I have another move.

Two great guy glGurpartap and Sahil from Parma helped us moving house during Saturday night.
It was extreme hard to find mover and we had someone cancel the work, but they took it over and helped us with a very affordable price. ( Job seeker and had to move)
Feel So grateful and heart warming!!

Cheap cost but you get what you pay for. Used them just recently and 20 years ago, issues both times. Not one to complain typically, but if you can afford better, go another route

Thought everything was fine when they moved my things. Found out as we unpacked that my one year old washing machine took a tumble and no longer works. Now I'm out 2k for both the "old" washer and the new one I need to buy. So disappointed as they were highly recommended to me. Not even going to bother to call as it seems from other reviews that nothing will really be resolved.

While emptying my cousin's house in Strongsville Ohio, I needed a local moving company to trust them with moving some valuable and precious furniture including a piano. Parma Movers did a perfect job with a two stop move. I can't praise them enough for getting that furniture safely to their separate locations. They are professional from the moment one contacts them, then contracts with them until the move is completed. The West side suburbs of Cleveland Is lucky to have such a competent moving company.

We had a great experience with Parma Movers for my parent’s local move. They were on time, polite, and professional. Kudos to Rubin, John & Will. They worked quickly & efficiently and finished about an hour earlier than I expected, which saved us money! I highly recommend Parma Movers.

I thought the movers we had were efficient and friendly. I am not happy with how we were treated once we reported that things had been broken and lost. I get mistakes happen during a rushed move. When we called in customer service was very rude and didn’t try to find something we reported as lost. We searched our new house and our old house. We know it’s missing. We asked her to talk to the five crew members and she said, “I talked to two and they didn’t see it. They are all busy and can’t be bothered.” Never once checking with the other three to see if it might have been left on the truck by mistake. Instead she gave us the cost of a damaged item versus doing her job to locate our item. I was excited to share positive feedback about this company because of the crew. I will now recommend everyone stay away because of the customer service manager.

Movers were fast but perhaps too fast. Broke a couple of items including my bed frame. I only got pennies for it but can't totally blame them for it as I didn't purchase the updated protection plan. Worst of all though was I had a large cooler full of my wife's belongings go missing during the move. Probably about 800 dollars worth of belongings lost and all I got was 6 dollars because a cooler "probably weights around 10 lbs."
