My sister worked at this place for a few months they are horrible to their employees. She dripped sweat in the summer time only gave her a 15 minute lunch break on a 8 hour shift. One time she clocked in went to the restroom and came out and they told her to never do that again. She was folding sheets and they told her to move faster shut this place down!!!!

I was a former employee at parma laundry service this year Christmas was a tough time for me as I lost a family member the morning after. I called to let my bosses know what happened and what I was going through and that I couldn't make it to work that day. Instead of calling me and talking like a normal person the crazy wife that runs the place with Tom drives around town looking for me. As I was walking home from the store about to leave to go back out there with my family she pulls up to me and starts screaming and being aggressive. I start crying asking her why is she doing this after hearing what I'm going through and she spins tires and leaves. They lie about being a family and are straight up crazy and don't care about anything but them selfs. do not recommend doing any business with them.

They really pay attention to detail. I don't think I've ever had a DC button my collars. And they caught a few stains that no one prior has.

Excellent service ! I have my laundry room not functional and have been using their service for about a month now. I have been using their wash and fold service. They have done excellent job with folding. Stuff also messaged me specifically about a pant that had still store tag on. They are prompt with their pick ups and drop offs. Scheduling is so easy through website. The folding is almost like ironed clothes. No wrinkles. Would recommend this service to anyone needing one. Hands down the best !

I’m currently still waiting on a down comforter that my husband dropped off there on the 12th . He was told a week and here to find out they don’t even dry clean down comforters - they send them out to another company ?. If I had been made aware of this I would NOT have left my duvet there . The woman we spoke to has now basically given us an “I don’t know” on when we’ll receive our comforter back .

Clean and well maintained. New washers and dryers. No vending machines but they do have a change machine.

We can not use our washer and dryer due to wiring problems. Parma laundry picks up our laundry and returns it. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone who needs this service. It beats spending hours at the laundromat.
