Came in to buy a pair of eyeglasses for my child and the prices were outrageous. The prescription ended up being different than the one from the ophthalmologist. Don't get your prescription here. And spend money elsewhere

I really liked the energy of the women that work here to help you, but the eye doctor was a bit strange like he was trying to hard to be nice... I'm not sure why, and I hate to assume but it felt all too familiar, like a white man that doesn't like your skin tone or something hope I'm wrong but I'm just being honest. Overall I liked the experience because of the nice women there.??

The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. The actual doctor is very thorough and kind. The whole experience was quick, painless, and easy. This should be your go-to optometrist.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this doctor. He was very short with me and condescending. I would not recommend. I've never had an experience like this before and it was very negative. The secretary assisting with glasses and ordering was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I have been purchasing glasses from Park Opticians since I was 11 years old and I refuse to tell you how old I am now, but it begins with a 7. ? I continually get compliments on the frames they pick out for me I think because of their uniqueness. This is definitely a go-to place for the one-of-a-kind stylish glass that are sure to get you compliments.

I had a very frustrating experience with Scott Fuldauer, the optometrist at Park Opticians, last weekend. I wouldn't recommend him. When I explained a problem I'm having to him, he told me it didn't make any sense. When I told him I'm having trouble seeing up close, he scoffed and told me I'm "a little young for that." He was confrontational with me about the size of my pupils (!!). He was grouchy with me when I struggled with the eye test. He wasn't familiar with a medication I take and looked it up on wikipedia, then suggested based on what he'd read on wikipedia that the medication was my problem. Everything I said was met with a scoff/a brush off/a confrontational response. It was odd and frustrating. I ended up leaving without a contacts prescription (a main reason for my appointment) because I didn't want to make him mad by asking another question.

I have been there many times. My recent visit did not disappoint either. Such unique frames and expert service. My only problem with Park opticians is that it is so hard to choose from all the fabulous frames!

I had seen two different people wearing super cool glasses and I asked them where they found them. Both of them said Park Opticians in Univ Heights. Their frames were so unique so I knew I was in for a treat when I entered the store. I am used to going into Lenscrafters (gag) because that was all I knew because my prescription is so bad. I would spend forever trying to find frames I liked with no one to give me an opinion of how they looked with my face shape, hair color, personal style, etc. So, I walk into Park Optical. Super nice selection of well-known and lesser-known, boutique brands (right up my alley). Never in my life have I had two women size me up so quickly and pick out frames for me that looked spectacular. They evaluated my eyes, shape of my face, etc. I probably tried on 6-8 different frames, and honest to God all of them looked great on me. I was blown away. Within 12 minutes, I had settled on a pair of frames. And it was a cat eye shape which I never thought would look good on me but they did. Now, the pair of frames I picked out cost $500 but all in with all the crazy stuff that needs to be done to make my coke bottle prescription look good, the bottom line price was LESS THAN Lenscrafters. So if that doesn't tell you how much price inflation goes on at Lenscrafters I don't know what does. And all work is done in-house. I was so giddy that I practically floated out of there. Tina was wonderful to work with. I can't wait to see my new glasses!
