First off its O'Reilly Autopart often under the shadow of some of the bigger stores out there! I myself sorta forget about you guys and I don't know why!! Because I can go to 5 places and not find my parts locally then get to you guys and you have my parts right there!! I personally need to get my life together and start comming to you guys first!! I would save myself so much time and frustration!!! Keep stocking all those f350 parts for me!!

Best auto parts store on the west side I'm so pleased that I got my part I couldn't find it anywhere else and the staff here was way more competent than any staff at any other auto parts place and I've been to six today. Ashonde is a gentleman and a scholar and this young man deserves a raise!

Tabitha who works here sucks. She knows nothing of cars. Why work somewhere when you have no idea what you are talking about. It's not just pushing buttons you need to know at least the car parts. I called another O'Reilly and the other girl was able to help me perfectly she new what she was talking about and doing. Tabitha needs to learn and stop being quick not to do a job and do research.

Tool loaner program is great. Needed anA/C Vacuum pump. Originally went in for a fitting for my pump. They didn't have this special fitting (1980s Snapon pump). Instead borrowed their pump, worked perfect.
