Went to get a battery for my VW and to get help putting it in , they told me they couldn't because it involved resetting my cars computer ! Turns out they are not into customer service and didn't want to be bothered ! Auto Zone on 117 helped me and installed it with no problem and they didn't charge me over 200 dollars like O'Reilly's was goinging to when I was quoted a price before I asked for assistance !

I have been coming up here for the last two weeks and the check engine system been down everyday ....I feel like they just don’t wanna do it poor workers need to find a different job if you don’t wanna do yours

Customer service A1 ! Joe is my hero ! He deserves a raise ! Also the young lady that assisted me a few times . I apologize for not getting her nam but she definitely knows her stuff . I definitely recommend them 100%
