I couldn’t say enough about how I was treated at One. Iesha,Latonya and Aumeen the front desk personnel. Treated my co-worker Steve and I with nothing but class. Truly grateful for your smiles and charisma. We all know we all have bad days,But the four days I was there. They were always smiling and taking care of everyone’s needs first. Along with the maintenance staff and Vinnie. I would give 10 stars if I could. God Bless you all. Thank you..Perry

One University Circle is definitely the place to live in Cleveland. As a healthcare worker, their facilities and amenities truly help make things easier and convenient.
Above all, we were assisted by their topnotch representative, Ms. Jennifer Hood. Jenn has truly been fantastic right from the very start. She is very prompt in responding to our emails. She gave us a comprehensive virtual tour of our chosen unit and has accomodated to all our requests happily.
If not for Jenn, moving in to OUC and transitioning to Cleveland will not be as smooth and easy. Kudos to Jenn for her excellence in customer service and taking good care of her clients. She has emanated utmost professionalism and care.
OUC, you are blessed with a treasure. Thank you Ms. Jennifer Hood for all the kind help and accommodating our requests.

What a terrible experience as a visitor. Staff was very rude to me and my family. Management should keep an eye on the night shift. The service worker didn’t even cared although she must’ve provided an excellent service to everyone that lives or visiting.

We moved to OUC several years ago and the property has exceeded our expectations at every turn. The property manager, Shana, is approachable, personable and extremely skilled as is her entire staff. The concierge team, led by LaTonya, is delightful and able to problem solve any issue. The maintenance team, Brian, Doug, Cortez and Vinny, are responsive and knowledgeable. Most repair issues are addressed within hours. The facility (personal and public spaces) and the amenities are first rate. The location is ideal for museums, concerts and restaurants - all within walking distance. The Case Campus is just outside the front door and offers a park like setting for walks. OUC is a great place to live in Cleveland.

Jill was very helpful during our tour and move in! She's also been a great source of restaurants and things to do in the area and frequently checked in on us as we've gotten settled in. Love the building and all its amenities!

We had the opportunity to stay in one of the guest suites at One University Circle while visiting family for the weekend. I’ll start by saying that the 2 bed/2 bath suite was outstanding. The view from the 17th floor was amazing. Our check in was fast and friendly. Reserved parking in the secured garage made for super easy access. The location was convenient to so many areas of Cleveland. Overall a great experience!

We stayed in one of the guest suites while visiting family in Cleveland. We had an awesome 2bed 2 bathroom with a beautiful view of the city. The apartment was spacious, the pool and amenities were fantastic, and the staff was friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Living at One University Circle is fantastic. The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to help. The gym and pool are top-notch, and the social spaces are excellent for relaxing and socializing. Overall, it's a great place to call home.

As smooth as it can get. I am very impressed and satisfied by our move-in process, that was handled by Jill. My colleagues live here and I had only heard positive things. We exchanged about 50 emails as I was working to finalize the deal, which goes on to say so much about her work ethic. Jill and the concierge service allowed me to tour unscheduled due to my work hours, and got us a great deal. She continued to work with us closely after we signed the lease. Although we have not moved in yet, I do not expect any major issues. They really seem to care about providing a luxury experience for their residents. The 24h concierge is a ++. Overall, an unabated recommendation for OUC and Jill.

I am having a truly lovely experience residing at the One University Circle. I am surrounded by sheer elegance, a surplus of amenities, and fantastic neighbors. The leasing staff are phenomenal, their aim, which is to please their customers, is very evident. Jill was my Leasing Agent, she’s a ten and the best there is. The concierge Associates are extremely kind, helpful and genuinely care about the residents, thank you Latonya and whole team for the wonderful care, treatment and assistance. The Manager, Shana, what can I say, she is fantastic. She goes out of her way to show her appreciation and she is an Angel and a hero in my book. The whole theme of One University is, the provision of exemplary service. I don’t want to forget Carlos and his maintenance team, they are the hardest working in America, I kid you not, your satisfaction is their goal, I love them. Thank you One University, and for those of you that are looking to reside in a place that offers excellence, One University should be the number one choice.

My fiance and I traveled into Cleveland looking to sign an apartment. We toured 15 different apartments in Cleveland and was left with an incredible impression of OUC apartment itself, amenities, and community. Although we didn't end up signing with OUC ($$$), Jenn in the leasing office did a phenomenal job giving us a tour and was highly professional with personally following up the next day. If 5-star service (leasing, management, security) is important to you, this is absolutely the place.

I've been staying at OUC for years. The facilities and community are great, and the view from Apt room is awesome. In addition, the management team and the concierge team are very kind and professional. I truly appreciate Shana, LaTonya and all other staff for their huge help and excellent service!
