Disappointed in the service! I read all the opinions since you came from afar to repair the phones and the assumptions on the signs that they unlock. I came down from Lorain, oh just to look at the phone over and tell me we can't fix your phone's screen or unlock it, but we can sell you already unlocked for $150.00. I don't understand what the help is!! Just sell?? Not meeting a customer need, honestly this place did not meet my expectations and much less do I recommend it, don't waste your time.
Update: I managed to go to another establishment, and they took the time and service and did a diagnosis on both cell phones for free!! Thanks to that establishment, they managed to repair the screen of the exuberant phone. Critics must know how to accept when there is the option to give their opinion, since it is free expression.
