“I had been shopping for a mini cooper convertible and found Alex at American Auto Credit with this very unique Mini . He made the buying process very smooth and he’s very knowledgeable about the cars. He does his own mechanical work and the timing belt and new brakes and tires have all been done before I purchased. As with purchasing any pre- owned vehicle there have been things that have come up and Alex has gone out of his way to make things right. He has provided a car for the day while work is being done. “I took my car in for an oil change and to replace the breaks. The Nationwide team did a great job. I was provided exceptional customer service by the manager David as well. I had a party the afternoon of the service and the repair took a little more time than anticipated and ran into the start of the party. David took it upon himself to drive my car keys to the party that afternoon to make sure that I had my keys for the evening. 10/10. I highly recommend.”

“Went in for a simple tire rotation from the tires I bought from them. They went above and beyond. They did the rotation in a X pattern like I requested. And the rear rims have a tendency to stick to the drums. So they polished all the rust off the drums and the inside of the rims. Where the two parts contact.Then I put a barrier grease on the outside of the drums so they no longer wield themselves to the rims. God forbid get a rear flat. Now at least I know I can get the wheel off now to change it. Charge for all this? $0.”
“I made my appointment online. Came in the wrong way but the team leader of the mechanics came inside and helped me. Gave us information about the different oils and we chose which one we wanted. I was kept informed throughout the process. He said it'd be a half hour but took an hour but it was fine walmart entertained us as we waited. We payed a reasonable amount. And off we went. Loved it and appreciated him helping us.”
