Had an awesome experience today visiting the place! The staff there are very nice and one of the guys who was there gave us a tour of the shop which was very nice of him and very cool!! Definitely would recommend visiting this place for anyone who loves biking!!

The biggest bike shop I have ever been in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our group of four rented bikes from here. Emily was very helpful with pointing out attractions and trails to ride. We got lucky and visited Cleveland during the rowing regatta on Sept. 16th.

scored a bridgestone RB-T here for a great price. Staff is super helpful and you can tell they dig bikes. In the world of carbon frames, electronic shifting and disc brakes its great to know there's a place that still sells real bikes that you can work on yourself.

Great place for kids to learn how to ride a bike, take care of their bike, and how to place their helmets on properly. Jim had my son riding his bike with confidence so quickly I just stood there amazed. Sometimes having someone other than mom and dad is just what the kids need. Not only did my son learn to ride, it was also a tear free and fun experience. Thank you, Jim!

Honestly an amazing place, when covid isn't a problem there's a great workshop, and currently it's a great place to get parts and service for cheap. I'm also a huge fan of their community outreach programs

I purchased a rare, used part from their eBay store and the process was great. The part arrived sooner than expected and it was in better condition than I thought. Works perfectly. Can't wait to get to their facility and take a look around.
