Huge array of used parts and great, fair prices. They're doing a fantastic job fostering the local bike community!

It's a dope place. Them people really care about bikes and those of us who ride them. It's hard to believe that the bike co-op exists in 'dis here town. It's a gem. Class joint!

It's a cool spot and they do good stuff but I wish they had way more convenient hours. If you work a regular job you cant get there during the week (only open noon to 5 thursday - saturday) and I know it might be shocking to say but some of us wake up before noon on the weekends...I would seriously volunteer an AM shift if it meant you could add better weekend hours.

Jim is fantastic and super helpful. They helped me with a couple of things and got me sorted. I rarely get good vibes when I step into a shop. Jim is a knowledgeable,hardworking person who genuinely wanted to help me. Can't rate this place enough.

Such a cool place - hadn’t owned a bike since I was a kid and had heard amazing things about this place. Exceeded my expectations! Great bike selection, knowledgeable workers/volunteers, and affordable but high quality bikes. Left completely satisfied and will be back.

Had an awesome experience today visiting the place! The staff there are very nice and one of the guys who was there gave us a tour of the shop which was very nice of him and very cool!! Definitely would recommend visiting this place for anyone who loves biking!!

The biggest bike shop I have ever been in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our group of four rented bikes from here. Emily was very helpful with pointing out attractions and trails to ride. We got lucky and visited Cleveland during the rowing regatta on Sept. 16th.
