I've been going there for 15yrs I went 9/9/23 the service was horrible ti was told they no longer scrape feet for pedicures I had to ask for foot scrubber to remove dead skin the technician got an attitude they acted like the couldn't understand what I was saying while I was getting a manicure the husband argued with another customer. All prices for every service should be listed, when I asked for the prices of services that wasn't listed they came up with a price my experience was so unpleasant I kept my $10 tip for myself I will never go again you guys lost a faithful customer because of your attitudes

Never going here again! I’ve tried to give this place so many chances and they fail every time. I’ve literally gave them a pic of how I wanted my nails and she did the complete opposite; was too worried about watching YouTube instead. The pedicure was mid as well!

I've always gone to this nail salon and honestly, I loved it, but it seems like ever since. That that man, I'm assuming hes a manager came,It's gone down hill. He will literally turn you away for something as simple as a manicure if they're "booked", but nowe're on the site says appointments only, it says you take walk ins, but you will turn walk-ins away. I'm literally right down the street and now I have to search for a new nail salon home. It's very sad.

I would give no stars if it was an option. Horrible service and poor quality products. I should have known when two customers returned for chipped polish after a day or two after service demanding a repair I had issues with polish right after I came from out of lamp. Just terrible place save your money don’t go I have so many negatives with this place.Services: Acrylic nails
