I was going through a bumpy refi when I got a Nations mailer. I called the number and got Matthew Burton. Within our initial discussion he was readily able to offer me a better deal than the prior lender. He never wasted my time and he moved everything along quickly. He was always courteous and professional. He listened and remembered the stuff we discussed in our negotiations and we never felt like 'just another faceless customer'. I will send any associates to Matt for their needs 100%. Nations has name recognition in financial services for a reason - they have been market leaders in mortgage finance for decades. They hire solid talent like Matt Burton who was easily able to find me the best possible rate. Trust the experts!
