Stay away. My mom bought a table from the Bedford Heights location. She came back to make the final payment and they had sold it. After selling the item she had in layaway they told her she couldn't even get her money back. I bought a bed and mattress from them and asked would I get a new bed from the warehouse they said yes. Wrong! They gave me the bed and the mattress off the showroom floor. The bed rails were broken and missing screws, they didn't even provide instructions on how to put it together. They delivered the items without a box or even rapped it plastic. They just dumped it in the middle of my living room floor. Stay away from National and any company that refuses to offer a refund even if they mess up and sell your items.

Bought a queen sized headboard and platform frame, was told the headboard would fit properly on the base! It didn’t!! Called back to return platform frame and was told they don’t do refunds or exchanges. Never again will I shop there!!

Pd $60 for a bunkie board, they loaded it.Got home and saw it had broken wood boards, called and they stated they would replace if I bring it back. Asked for a discount for my aggravation and they declined. Therefore, I wasted time and gas bringing it home just to go back and get another one which it was suppose to be NEW. They told me they can't do returns or refunds but will replace it. I gave two stars cuz I overpaid for a board anyway then to have to deal with this aggravation I felt my customer service should have made up for it with some compensation for my time and ⛽, ijs

We had a stellar experience buying couches for our new home. We walked in on a rainy afternoon just hoping to get an idea of what could be possible for our 3rd floor media room. We were able to browse, get some dimensions, and walk out without any hard sales pitches. After we were able to take what we saw in store and consider how it could fit our space, we headed back and got the perfect sofa and loveseat set. Delivery was quick and the crew was very good at getting our stuff in and up to a 3rd floor.
