They hate black ppl here they have all the time and patience for white employees not the black ones they down talk to black ppl and keep around incompetent white ppl the owner Bob is the worst he talks to black like we are not able to comprehend. In a months tine i have seen more than 4 black ppl quit or get fired when they have ppl here who are detrimental to the company. Full of nepotism! If your black dont work for this company

Best place I have Ever worked. I worked in restaurants for 40 yrs. Family atmosphere. Bob and Lisa Oswald are truly hardworking,family oriented real people.

If you want a place for employment please stay away from this place owner is very cheap coming from his long tenured employees . Bob Oswald will stage mishaps for a reason a to terminate employee because the business was slowing down . No heat in the facility , one bathroom in entire warehouse it’s unsanitary half of the time and you will occasionally catch rats or mice scramble across the floor

Delivered to here for TSC. Very nice place and employees. Kinda tight when backing in if trucks are parked across from you though. Arrived night prior and parked on site with no problems. Deliveries for TSC unload at docks 2 and 3. Checked in at 7am and was put in a dock right away.

Very friendly employees and management. This warehouse is within another warehouse so GPS doesn't guide you here well at all even though I have tried to fix it like four times. Great place to work and a relaxed setting.

I have never been a part of a job that had such a lack of communication.they saw two lead men walk off job in as many weeks.they bring you in with decent pay,but what it cost you in frustration waiting on management to get on the same page is truly pathetic.the akron plant has 2 accounts,if you work IP,and not TSC,you will be put in a no win situation.stay away from this place!
