What a great find this place was. Unbeatable prices with so many choices and Renee is such an honest and knowledgeable woman when it comes to any of their inventory. Only regret I have was not finding this place years ago!

He's always so friendly and extremely helpful. Takes his time with you and helps you pick the best product for your needs. Also his prices are so much better than across the street from his location. A true asset here in our city of Euclid.

I purchased two 5 gals. of interior wall paint from their discounted selections for $49.99 ea. at the Euclid Ohio store. When I tried to use it on the wall it was too thick and had a gritty feel to it. I think it may have had concrete in it.However, I had a terrible experience. I took both back to the store today, and I asked if I could exchange them for two others and I explained why in a nice calm voice. The guy who works there said there's nothing wrong with this paint, and I really don't want to exchange it. He said your crazy which was very rude and insulting. He shook it up in the machine, and tested it himself. Once he saw how gritty it was he exchanged it but still did not admit that anything was wrong with it. He has a very bad attitude, and I was uncomfortable, and as a repeat customer he should be thanking me for coming in. Every time I go to this location this clerk is rude to me. He is an older man, and always gives me a hard time. Shame on him. I figure he must have low self-esteem and a very small brain. It this location closes it will be largely due to his lack of customer service skills.
