We needed to buy a white shirt that was near our hotel in downtown Cleveland. Yelp led us to Mr. Alberts. It turns out it is an institution of sorts. It's been in business since the 70's. Some of the merchandise reflects that decade. Lots of merchandised piled up in small storefront. Lots of animal prints, fake fur, studs, gold. Yes for men! Seems only for a certain kind of man...FLASHY. Nothing subtle here. Except white shirt that cost $50!Staff was very helpful & friendly.

I felt like I was being followed & at one point the lady stood by the door as if I was going to run out with something ?.I do security so it was easy to feel the negative energy from the time I walked in the door but yet I still spent over $400 with them.Treat the customers better & stop folding clothes that's already folded Sir! If you're scared....get a dog ?

The two I spoke with were rude on the phone. Didn’t even make it into the store thankfully and saved myself a drive. Lost themselves the sale of a suit.
