I worked for Tina for 2 weeks… I was hired to run the shop and was there every day (even days I was supposed to have off.) her customers would call me asking why no one would answer them about getting in. There was an emergency and I called at least 10 times and texted and didn’t receive a response for 2 days… I don’t walk out of jobs I absolutely love grooming but after being offered to do a “line”? while a dog was on my table and then being YELLED at for rescheduling dogs on my day off just to make sure everyone still got in before Christmas I just couldn’t take it anymore… Iv seen cats and dogs fly off the table during grooming because Tina turned her back to them, as well as a back dew- claw being ripped off. I’m just overall very concerned for all the animals safety.

Miss Tina was great! My dog has a history of being very anxious and difficult to groom. She seemed relaxed and looked amazing when I picked her up! Can tell Tina loves her clients!

I love Mimi Tina!!! ❤️ She treats my dogs so well and is so precise in paying attention to detail with my dogs. My babies were actually happy to be left there with her! Thank you for the puppy loving Mimi Tina!

I've taken my Newf here twice: once for a nail trim and once for a full grooming. Tina is great! She's a lot of fun, does an excellent job and is so passionate about what she does! My girl is old and overweight and hates being brushed, so she had a backlog of matted fur. Tina and her staff cleaned her up super well! They definitely should have charged me more. I will definitely go back! (If they'll have us!)

Excellent Service, professional and very nice staff! They did a wonderful job grooming my Pomsky and were so sweet to her. They gave me exactly what I requested for her cut and she turned out so cute! Highly recommend!

This’s the first time I bring my dog for a haircut and I’m very disappointed first the place overcharge me and second the lady doesn’t finish the haircut and plus that she don’t follow what I want… I bring my dog to different place and never had a complain that she doesn’t let the groomer to do her job… I will never recommend this place to anyone ?????? I have to take my dog to another groomer and she did her job very good without complaining

First time for my pup with MiMi Tina. Both her and her daughter were delightful, professional and knowledgeable about what’s best for my pup. They were patient with her and offered advice to calm her for next time. She looks and smells wonderful and she is so soft. We have found our groomer!❤️

My husky was in dire need of grooming. She was a horrible mess. She was a neglected dog that I rescued. Her coat was embedded with filth and matted. I wanted to have her shaved to start over. This was not suggested because the complexity of a husky's coat. When I picked her up she looks amazing, like a show dog. She is not constantly biting at her skin. I left a generous thirty dollar tip for an amazing, quality job. I highly recommend Mimi Tina's for the care of your pets!! Thanks to Tina and staff for the incredible job.

First time taking my fur baby to a groomer’s, and Mimi Tina’s did not disappoint! Tina knew exactly how to style and personalize his first grooming experience and he came out looking/feeling/smelling great. The atmosphere was very welcoming, as well as, comfortable and I would definitely come back!
