I have been in the telephony business for about 45 years I'm ccie certified invoice video crypto and a bunch of other stuff Sam has been in the business about 13 years I've been watching him serve customers for the past hour and a half without any challenges whatsoever he takes each individual's and make sure he meets their needs Sam is truly a great employee for this organization that other should emulate if you ever need a new contract you definitely definitely want to go to this Metro if you're anywhere near the Harvard Lee Plaza. Go Browns!

Did not help my mother at all, she went to get a new phone and said she needed a phone which could handle games and was given a phone that couldn't even download 5-10 apps. Then after returning the phone she was unable to sign in to her google and yahoo account as the passwords have changed. I fixed the yahoo problem, but the google problem still persists. A employee had to have changed the password to the accounts because I have it saved into my computer and it doesn't work anymore, I even reset the yahoo and changed it back to the same password that was saved. The fact that it worked means someone had to change it and without a doubt it wasn't me nor my mother. I'm extremely disappointed in this customer support.
