Manny the manager at this location was amazing he went above and beyond his job to help me. Metro PCs customer services made a huge mistake with a switching of a phone number and Manny helped me talk to them and straighten everything out it took us about 3 hours for the corrections. He display great customer service. I really wish Metro PCs would continue to employ people like Manny that really look out for the customers best interest.

Manny was absolutely amazing with helping me fix my problem. I went to the metro store on Pearl in parma first and Chris was absolutely horrible and lazy. Thank you Manny at the Pearl Rd store in Cleveland for going above and beyond

First off, the guy I spoke to sounded miserable. I just needed the names associated with the numbers switched, the guy said I would have to come down to the store to have it looked at and said I would be charged to do so. I called another store and the guy I talked to there said I would just have to call 611 and they would be able to do it for me over the phone. Why couldn't the first guy I talked to just say that? The first guy needs some serious customer service skills training or better yet, if he's so unhappy at his job then just get another job. No one wants to talk to someone that sounds miserable and is just to lazy to help with something that took 5 minutes to do.

Manny is a rockstar. He was able to address several waiting customers at a time.The calls I had to make to company, on the other hand were very inconclusive, After several hours and a number of password resets and verification codes failed, I was ready to take my business to another provider.I went into the store, and Manny had everything working perfectly within minutes !

If you need a new phone ask for Manny, he's awesome and will tell you the truth about your bill and break it all down for you. he's a straight shooter and doesn't cut corners. He wants the best for his customers ! .UPDATE :::::: I regret the decision I made to buy my phone, it won't hold a charge for half the day and gets hot. It takes over 2 hours for a full charge, I'm my line of work I can't afford to have this happen and it can potentially put my patients lives in danger. Once my phone is paid off I will sell it and be going with another careier instead.

I went there today with my son. Manny waited on us and I cannot say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my son's questions and helped him pick out the best phone for what money he had. Manny genuinely cares about his customers and doesn't try to sell you the most expensive phone in the store. He also takes his time and doesn't put other customers needs before your own. I highly recommend going to this Metro by T-Mobile for all of your cell phone needs. Thank you again Manny! You truly are awesome! (Brenda)

Manny is one of the only metro ppl that I've talked to that actually takes his time to help me with any problems. Im so happy that out him in the store by my house he's such a sweetheart 10/10 would recommend

I just got out of Metro pcs and let me just say it won’t be the last time im in there because manny was very helpful and kind & he was also willing to work with my budget , he was so kind that my phone turned off in the middle of us talking and he offered to put it to charger for me so kind and thoughtful , I will be recommending this spot to everyone and definitely would be recommending manny because he was just a kind and helpful person and before I left he made sure everything was set and ready for me to go , I honestly recommend manny 100%

I loveeeee Manny! I've never been to any store and got the type of service I did with him. He's so patient and so kind and that kid could multitask like no other ?. If you want great customer service go and see Manny!!!!

I went to 2 different Metro Pcs, this was the 3rd one I went to, My phone was locked, I couldn't get it unlocked, Manny was awesome, he took the time to unlock my phone, he was very patient.. I recommend you go see Manny, he will take the time out to take care of you..
