Joe came out real quick and swapped a flat tire for the donut as I wasn't able to do it myself due to lack of appropriate tools. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Metro Wrecker, for answering your phone when others had me leave a voicemail message. Joe was able to come out pretty quickly and winch out the car from our muddy back yard within minutes. Super nice guy. I would absolutely do business with you again.

Today was the first major blizzard (with a -25 wind chill!) of the season. Paul came through when scheduled, took me to the nearest tire place where we learned I apparently have weird rare tires, and he took me to try a couple other shops before we found a winner. He was awesome and Metro Wrecker really took care of me. 10/10 service, the best!

Have used them for years, I own two local business and also personally. and they have taken good care of my associates, extended family and friends. They have over time towed my business fleets, Trailers, recreational vehicles, Motorcycles and boats. They are knowledgeable, fair and best of all they show up when they say they will. not hours later. When my Insurance and auto club people both failed to provide what they had promised. They also have their own certified mechanics. And they have fixed my vehicles immediately when my regular mechanics were too busy. Family owned and operated. They deliver the actual real deal.Hard to find anything even remotely close in this world in this day and age. More than just simply impressed. One word sums it all up "Trustworthy" has been my experience with Metro.

My daughter got her car stuck in the mud right off our driveway. Called Metro Wrecker just from a google search and couldn’t be happier with their services! Joe was here in 45 minutes, called to share his ETA and had daughter out in 2 minutes! Price was extremely reasonable….especially for a Saturday evening! Somebody broke into my Kia by shattering my window and attempted to steal it, but ended up snapping my steering column too hard. I originally found it funny since I've heard of the "Kia Boy" trend for several months now.It stopped being funny when my insurance, the dealership, and the police were being incredibly difficult and unhelpful.I ended up calling Metro Wrecker Service just to get a tow, but he informed me that he had the resources to fix my car at a faster rate than the dealership.Mike was incredibly communicative and thorough in a time when no one else in this situation was being helpful.
