the worst laundry mat that exists. i bought detergent from the machine which was 1.25 and it never came down. bought another detergent and it ate my 3.50. im here now. not doing another load. il never come back here again

Machines take money. I put $5 in quarters in the dryer and the light wouldn’t even turn on. Nor could I get my coins back. Had to add more because I wasn’t going to leave with wet clothes. Will never come back. Dirty as well. And no one ever is available to speak with or answers the phone

Place is dirty, no attendant, dryers didn't work and loss $2.00. Unable to contact anyone and number listed online and in establishment is disconnected. TERRIBLE! Unable to collect my $2.00 loss in dryer not tagged out of order. I need my money back.

The woman working was rude. The machines are older and all coin operated. There is no access to power outlets, and the entire facility was dusty and had an odd odor.

No no and hell no, I would not give it one star, I put a dollar in 50 Cent in the dryer eight or 10 pieces in the dryer clothes did not get dry.I would never go there again and I would never recommend , total upgrade old dryer's old laundromat.????????????

I put one star but if I could I wouldn't give it any. They are so rude! I went in to get quarters so I could do laundry and there was no sign saying "customer use only" so I just assumed it was okay. I go to get the quarters and one of the workers was standing there and told me I couldn't do that. Then she asked "you want quarters for your $20?" And I said "could you that would mean so much!" And she said "haha no!" Very terrible service! Never going in there again!

The washing machines are OK. The neighborhood is good, near a lot of stores. The bathroom is rarely open, no hot water and no towels to dry your hands. The owner does weird exercises in front and he paces around a lot.

It's okay when open. 80% of the time they are never open on time. The owner complains that people do not show up on time. LOL. How would she know? And she can be extremely chatty and does not take queues when people might be trying to get some work done.On the good side, it's near a Starbucks and Time Warner Wifi is available.

I really like the way the machines was my clothes and you have the option to have extra wash time and extra rinse for additional 25 cents.

This was first time in a laundromat in over 2 decades, so all I knew was I need quarters and detergent. Sandy the lady that works there is so friendly. I have a king size white comforter that would not fit in my washing machine. She helped me, I was so relieved. The entire time I was watching her wash clothes, fold clothing, hang clothing and she took pride in her job. So I asked her if she could wash my comforter the next time. She quoted me a great price, I didn't know they would do that for you . I will definitely be seeing her soon. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.
