Called in to talk to my regular mechanic to schedule any availabilty to fix my truck and they hang up on me. Called back and a guy gets on the phone calling me "My Man", telling me that because its a busy Friday I can't even speak with my mechanic. Cool, my man won't be fixing his truck there. Horrible customer service for a longtime customer.

Bad experience dont pay your bills there the employees charged for the bills and put the money and their pockets and they gave you a fake recepit went to claim and they didnt gave my money back the manager is unproffesional and like to scream to customer BAD BAD BAD

These guys are the best. Always very pleasant and respectable. Took my car for a alignment. Make sure to get there as soon as they open for it is first come first served. So get there around 7:30 and wait for them to open. You would be surprised how many people will be waiting if you go at opening hours. Took about 30-45 for a front wheel alignment and very reasonable pricing. I always feel pretty confident after I leave this shop. They treat you very nice and I will always take my car here first for alignments. Thank You Henry's!

I was REFUSED a purchase of gas because I only have $3 on my debit card so the man told me I CANNOT buy gas on a card for under $5. All I am trying to do is my job delivering an order and I barely come out ahead for how much I get paid and how much fuel costs and this man denies me the ability to purchase gas. At this time of night not many open gas stations near me so I will most likely run out gas before i make it to 130th area to deliver for the customer. And no he would not allow me to buy $2.50 in gas and charge me 50 cent fee as most other local stations do if card purchase is under $5. I just find this to be completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. How would it hurt him to allow me $3 purchase in gas on a card and before anyone comes for me on the fees that merchants pay for card service I have inside information from bank personnel and they do not pay much for that service. At 4.39 a gallon I find the actions of this person to be completely incomprehensible. Tell me WHERE IS THE HUMANITY? IF I COULD I WOULD RATE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Will NOT be SPENDING ANY OF MY MONEY THERE AGAIN WHEN I DO HAVE AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT!

If I could give this place a zero I would I entered in to the store yesterday and they didn't know I knew their language made some very unflattering comments about me right in front of me entered in the store today with usa change to pay for my item and the guy behind the registration went off on me like I was committing a crime had a attitude with me through the bag that he had based up for me behind the counter like I was going to take it and run off very very very bad customer service.
