Reported they offer “boarding” 2 months ago, told me to return closer to the date i needed to board my dog, i returned today to be asked “for what kind of dog”, i reported for a shar pei, was told they don’t board for “that type of dog”. Seems unprofessional and unorganized.

They are always so kind and efficient. My dogs have all been treated with respect and kindness. I have never had a bad experience and the care is affordable. I refuse to trust any other animal clinic with the care of my 4 little babies. My dollars are spent for the care of my pets and not the glam of a facility.

Roadie and Charlie felt very comfortable and they were treated with love and care the staff are very professional and dr.long is amazing I am so lucky to be able to have them as my veterinarian

Amazing staffs and doctor. The hospital is not decorated and not fancy at all. But they really focus on the medical care for the animals. Our cat felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Long is professional. Very affordable.

I feel good about bringing my dogs here. I feel that Dr. Long is honest with me and doesn't recommend procedures and treatments that my pets don't need. There are absolutely no thrills or frills about this place but I'm okay with that. The ladies who run the front are the kindest you could ever ask for and treat both me and my animals with compassion and care.
