I dj'd many years ago when they still had disc, records, and tapes. I wanted to get back into it so I did a lot of research. Everything I found online told me that these people were the bestto work with. From the first moment I contacted them to long after paying them, the level of communication was out of this world. No matter what you read about them,it still did not prepare me for just how amazing they would be. Not once did I feel like a customer, I actually felt like I have known them all my life.Even though it is family owned, I suspect like myself, you will have the pleasure of dealing with the owner. He puts his entire heart into the process. Spent days fine tuningthe final design of my system. It's not everyday that I spend thousands of dollars online like this and finding people you can really trust anymore is almost non-existant.After a few weeks of customizing, setting up the system. I drove to pick up. If you thought everything was amazing up to this point, they continued to surprise me.Mind you, this is weeks after they were already paid and everything they kept doing was to wow me!I could hear the system from out in the parking lot, could see the awesome dj lighting through the windows too. When you actually see the system and all the detailwork put into it, you finally understand why they are worth every penny. Even one of my phone conversations I had with the owner was about how people don't valueanything anymore. I am a business owner too and what this company sells is more than just equipment. They even said that I could find all this stuff cheaper all overthe internet, yet will never find another them, so true!They spent hours on their day off going over the system. I don't think I got out of there until almost 10pm. Even talked to them around Midnight again. Have beenin contact with them after the sale too. If you want to deal with the most thoughtful, detail oriented, bend over backwards type of company, search no further!

As an individual in charge of procuring all items for my company's conferences, I know firsthand the many hours put into making this happen. Unfortunately, people do not always consider the time it takes to get the end product that the customer is pleased with. With this in mind, while exploring for a good cost to quality ratio pro audio system, I did my due diligence in exploring different websites and experts for recommendations in a system that met my needs. Not knowing what it was I really wanted, I was looking for an individual/company that could steer me in the right direction. Some I contacted tried to up sale me into units I didn't really need, some didn't have the time and just told me to look at their website and choose a package I wanted, and some just wanted to sell me a bunch of music more than anything else. That is when I finally found Madproaudio No sales pitch - no trying to get me to buy thousands of dollars in music-just down to earth real customer service! He took the time to listen to my needs and placed a lot of importance trying to keep me within my budget. He spent many uncompensated hours picking my brain, coming up with solutions, and designing a system like an artist. There were so many unexpected, "above and beyond" things done to the system that it cannot be put into enough words to describe just how much they are a "one of a kind" company. Everything they did was so helpful for a novice like me.Price is always a factor when buying anything, BUT unbelievable customer service is sometimes way more important than saving a few dollars. My first event was very stressful in itself. As I was setting up the system, I did something wrong. I rather frantically reached out to them for help. In all my years, just about every company after hours, days closed would never help let alone actually reply. Since day one, he treated me like family, and I have had one on one access to him literally day and night! He spent the time to help me fix the things I did wrong, and we absolutely loved the system! Go to their webpage and read their families history, they live up to it in every sense. That in my book is what constitutes a company I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! If I am ever in the position of needing more or different equipment Madproaudio is the first and only audio company that I would contact!

We needed a system last minute. Extremely accommodating to the point where you could tell they genuinely cared about helping you. It was like we had our own 24/7 VIP treatment. I would highly recommend this company and would use them in the future!

Hey Everybody,I would like to share my one-of-a-kind experience. I already owned an professional system from elsewhereand always felt it was lacking a bit. I now needed a larger system for our family's party center. When I researched online,I noticed everyone loved this one company, Madproaudio. From the first phone call, I was treated like a great friend (family).Everything they did was above and beyond my expectations!They Taylored my system to have high end sound for a large space. I am glad I decided to get the more expensive microphones, eventhough they kept telling me I did not need to spend that much. I have never heard anything better! After what seemed like hundreds of messages back and forth, I was so blown away that I said, "Oh my goodness! I can never ever pay you enough for all of thisI love it!!!❤️❤️❤️. The experience alone is priceless!

In 2013 I decided to purchase a high end karaoke system for my home but I had no idea who sold this type of equipment. After spending a lot of time on the internet I came across MadProAudio. After reviewing their website and customer reviews I decided to purchase a turnkey karaoke system from them. To this day I could not be happier with my decision.The system was tailored to my requirements and the quality and performance of my system has been awesome for eight plus years now! I was nervous at first spending this kind of money using an on-line company but everything they did from the moment I contacted them put all my fears to rest.The reason I had to tell everyone again about this company stems from a recent interaction I had with them. A few months ago one of my speakers started cutting out. I called MadPro and they spent a couple of weeks with me trying to help diagnose the issue. After a process of elimination we discovered that a blown speaker amplifier was causing the problem. I called around locally to inquire about a replacement amplifier and I was told that I might as well buy a new speaker at a cost of around $400. I called Jeffrey (the owner) of MadPro and he made a few calls and was able to locate a replacement amplifier for me at his cost of $70, thereby not asking for anything from me in compensation for his efforts! I sent him an additional $100 anyway because he deserved it for going the extra mile for me on his own dime.The bottom line is that I highly recommend MadProAudio for your karaoke system needs. You haven’t really experienced karaoke unless you’ve tried a high end system. Jeffrey and his team will work tirelessly to make sure you are satisfied both before and after the sale. As Jeffrey tells me to this day, “he will always have my back.” My karaoke system is top notch and is envied by all my friends that use it!

I am a teacher, coach, and parent to 4 beautiful children. I have always loved music ever since I was a little kid.My mom would always comment how I would not just sing the lyrics to the songs but I would hum the instrumental parts as well.I have always followed music closely so it was only a matter of time before I got involved with something pertaining to music.About 6 years ago I started DJing for a friend of mine at wedding receptions, corporate events, and school dances.I enjoyed DJing so much that after the first year I started looking for DJ equipment of my own. Looking around I found MadproaudioAfter spending some time on the phone, Madproaudio took my budget and designed a system for me. I was so excited that this was really happening.Well…. It didn’t end up happening…..my marriage was falling apart and I had to put this dream on the backburner. Fast forward 2 years,I am still DJing for my friend and still enjoying it. I decided that I really wanted to get my own system and that the time was right for me.I started looking around at sites for DJ equipment again and something kept bringing me back to Madproaudio. I was born and raised in a small town in central Illinois.My father is a huge supporter of our Veterans and this was instilled in me at a young age. I was also raised that FAMILY is everything and I wholeheartedly believe that.Everything you read about them was the way I was raised. I worked at a big box store in college and customer service was lacking and that always upset me.The customer is what makes the business by coming back, giving great feedback, etc…. I called Madproaudio and said “You probably don’t remember me,but I started a system with you 2 years ago.” Madproaudio did remember and I hadn’t even bought anything. We worked together through email, text, and phone callsto make sure that my system was perfect for me and what I wanted to do. Through talking to Madproaudio I was teetering on the idea of doing Karaoke as well.I love to sing karaoke (once I break the nerves of singing that first song), and had Madproaudio make my system compatible for Karaoke as well.A couple of weeks ago I made the 7 hour drive to Ohio to pick up my system. I got to Cleveland about midnight and they wanted me to let them know that I made it safely.When I first met the people of Madproaudio the following morning, they made me feel like I was family and I had just met them. When I arrived at the shop my systemwas all set up and was playing music, my lights were going, and I could hear and see everything and I wasn’t even in the door yet.When I walked in I couldn’t believe my eyes. My system was perfect! After talking with Madproaudio I decided to add a few extra pieces while I was theregetting me Karaoke ready. Since returning to central Illinois my business has blown up. We are working every weekend. We host karaoke at 4 different establishments.

I spent a few weeks working with Madproaudio to design a system for us. They really hit it out of the park! Couldn't be happier or more satisfied. We're 100% pleased with the products AND the service! Worth every dime! I dj'd for many years and can tell you from decades of experience, you will be blown away by just ow much they really care about you. So much so, you forget you're even a customer. took a couple months of using the equipment I bought from Jeff before I decided to write this review.Dealing with Jeff was very refreshing, he is very knowledgeable and very professional,he also was a great person to deal with.I spent many hours on the phone with him to understand and make sure I was getting what I wanted.J eff had everything set up for me, all I had to do when I received the equipment was to plug it in.When I called him after the sale to answer more questions we responded and answered them.Just want to say thank you for your services Jeff hope to deal with you more in the future and was a pleasure working with you.I recommend Jeff any day.Ed
