The staff and Dr. Beidi was amazing!! I was so traumatized when Dr.Beidi did an x-ray on my Nala. The Dr told me her femur broke and she might lose her leg! That whole weekend I cried and was so sad for my Nala. Friday February 16th was her surgery day and Dr.Beidi saved her leg and when he called me I cried and was rejoiced! He saved my fur baby and she’s my emotional support pet! Also, after surgery Dr. Beidi made numerous calls to Che cleveland on Nala and I was so grateful for that. Nala wasn’t eating after surgery and Dr. Beidi told me about the AD food prescription for dogs. I went to his vet after hours and his wonderful assistant was there and gave me a free can of food to start off with. After that she started eating!!!! Thank Dr.Beidi and your staff for an amazing experience!

PLEASE READ PET PARENTS....If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Please do not trust this vet clinic, the Dr is money hungry and IMO that's all he really cares about. It has taken me well over 6 months to write this review. We lost our dear sweet Taz (a 5lb morkie)in May '23 because this "quack" thought it was ok to give her multiple vaccines then put her under for surgery. Dogs are not required to have a COVID and FLU vaccine. He only wanted to run up our bill. Our Taz was healthy, happy, and we loved her immensely!!! While I should have done my due diligence and did the research, I trusted that what this vet was telling was correct, I didn't want my dog to be pain and wanted to help her as fast as I could. This vet told us she had heart disease...she didn't...he gave her too many drugs all at once, and her little body couldn't take it. Please pet parents, do your research, ask questions and be"leery" of this clinic, DO NOT LET THEM DOPE UP YOUR ANIMAL.

My daughter called there today and the receptionist was extremely rude. Also looking at the responses to the reviews, someone there needs a grammar lesson or two.Edited: If anyone looks through the previous reviews they will see rude and unprofessional behavior is essentially condoned here.If you have so much time to reply with nastiness maybe you should focus on fixing the customer service issue.

The receptionist is very rude. And obviously doesn’t take messages she just says that’s not her job and to call back. (Lazy much)

Very over priced for services rendered. No consultation on treatment prior to providing it, and no discussion on the cost prior to giving you a huge bill at the end of the service. I called today to clarify how long my cat with ringworm is contagious after starting their prescribed treatment and they said the vet is out of town and that they think it will take weeks for her to not be contagious. How are they open until 2pm without even having a vet available? Also, during the cats first visit they "dewormed" her. During the second visit she had tapeworm. When asked about it they said they dewormed for a different type of worm. We assumed dewormed was dewormed, not half dewormed so we had already let the cat be around our other animals. I've been to a lot of vets over the years and I have never experienced anything like this place.

Left my dog there for 5 days with an tooth infection under her eye. It was almost healed when I dropped her off, but when I picked my dog up, the infection was much worse. All I know I did what i was supposed to do, and it wasn't leaking much, and there wasn't much hair around it. Now it back to square one. It was no doubt close to being healed, when I left her, whether you charged or not.

Ridiculously overpriced. If you have pet insurance they won’t send in necessary documents for the claim. I was told I’ll have to email them in and I did. The insurance company made several attempts to get the info because I was not able too. All that needed to happen was a simple email. Which they received just never replied. Appointments are easy to schedule and fast. Different results for labs from different vet.

The Dr. and staff are always very loving and caring, hence their name! Also compassionate with their fees.

If I could give 0 stars- I would. My friends dog is dying and I need records. He screamed at me on the phone that he is "too busy"

Compassionate veterinarian. Cindy at the front desk is sweet as can be. Dr. Bedi and his vet tech were kind, fast and efficient. Clean clinic too. A little pricey but I can't complain, they took me in without even having an appointment. See you you all again soon!

Dr. Bedi took care of my cat Johnny until Johnny passed away yesterday. He is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He remembers every detail and would always ask about my oldest daughter who he met when Johnny had surgery.Taking my furbaby to him was more like taking him to a family member. Even though Johnny has passed on I'll never forget my experience with this wonderful veterinarian.

This is the first negative review I’ve written in years but I wanted to warn others who may use this vet to know what you’re getting into and ask questions before they add unnecessary things. The vet was kind & was gentle with my pet. However, the price for the care received was outrageous. I brought my pup for an ear procedure from over an hour away. Upon examination, we found she had some yeast building up and decided to wait a week before going forward with the procedure. Dr. Bedi said he could give her her next round of routine puppy vaccines & the ear drops needed to clear up the yeast. I said that was fine with me. I signed a paper saying I would pay my bill. He gave her the vaccines, cleaned out her ears with a cotton ball, & clipped her toenails (which i didn’t ask for but was appreciated). Gave me medicine for her ears (Zymox drops & cephalexin). For this I was charged $401. He had added extra vaccines and made them seem routine and part of the usual set (influenza and Covid vaccines). I am an honest person so I paid the bill, but I feel it was grossly overpriced. I called my home vet as well as the breeder to ask them the price of what that would have cost and I was quoted around $100. They felt what I paid was ridiculous and that I was being scammed or taken advantage of. I voiced my concerns politely to the vet and receptionist and they were very dismissive and said I shouldn’t have signed if I didn’t want to pay their price. The receptionist said she didn’t get what the problem was and that it “is what it is.” A friend called anonymously later to ask them what they’d charge for a puppy exam with ear infection and puppy vaccines and were told the visit would be $167, so why was I charged over $400? I am very familiar with vet bills as I’ve had dogs my whole life. Never would I have thought that vaccines and ear meds would cost $400, or that I’d be met with such indifference when voicing my concerns. For those reasons I would not recommend going to this vet unless you’re looking to pay an exorbitant amount of money for very little in a place that isn’t even state of the art. Needless to say, we canceled the procedure, which they wanted an additional $850 for.
