Stylist Alicia butchered my best friends hair. When my friend asked Alicia about it, Alicia resorted to calling her a methhead and throwing things my friend had told her in her face. I’ve never seen a more uneducated, unprofessional stylist in my life. I will be contacting the BBB that this salon allows such mediocrity in their salon. This was absolutely not okay.

The picture ( that was sent to my email ...10/12/21...was a young lady and a little girl getting her hair braided) that was NOT from my visit...I got a Denise Dunbar pixie cut ...(in August ❓?❓...I might be wrong on when I was there...it was a few months ago)( LOVE IT ????)...Cynthia did my cut...the conversation was great...friendly and informative... Cynthia is a great person...highly recommended ??

I've been going to Cindy since I was 19 I am now 42 and she is the only person I will let touch my hair !!!! You need to make an appt and find out for yourself you won't be disappointed!!!!!

For an 80 year old it's easy to park and walk right in. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Cindy has done my hair for many years. She is an excellent colorist, great cuts , styles and even great perms. I love going to Look Studio!!

Cynthia Smith, my hairstylist, is exceptional. She really listens to what you tell her about your hair and what you want to have done. Or she can give Pro advice if you're not sure. She knows how to cut curly hair to encourage the natural curl, but upon arriving at Look, I have seen her do almost every conceivable style. Long, short, in-between, she's a master at them all. I could not possibly make a higher recommendation for a hair stylist. She's the best.
