Since the Spaw has been undertaken by new ownership, I have seen only fantastic improvement from the new owner. Aliceia is so good (and fast!) at cutting pet nails. My family basset hound has never been able to tolerate a nail trim, but Aliceia snips so fast that he barely noticed he was getting his nails done. Even more impressively, she was able to dremmel his nails rounded without him having a panic-tantrum. My shih-tzu comes back from LNL smelling like a cupcake and feeling/looking like a million bucks. What I really love about this place is that the groomers care a lot more about the dog's comfort and health than other corporate groomers. Dogs are never put through more than they can tolerate, and always leave clean and comfortable. The groomers never put a dog through discomfort or abuse for the sake of "looking pretty" like most corporate groomers do, and yet every dog walks out happy and GORGEOUS. They really have an eye for bringing out a dog's personality with a good hair-do and the complimentary homemade bows are an extra scoop of cute and effort. Our neighbor has an itchy pit-bull who is allergic to everything and with regular visits she has seen serious improvement too. This is THE place to have your pet taken care of

We have been using Cantrell's Grooming for many, many years! These are people who genuinely care about your animal and you can tell. They are always kind, willing to chat, and are priced very fairly. I can't recommended them enough! I challenge you to find another place to take your fur baby who is as amazing as Ray and his crew... because you won't be able to!

My family has been coming here for over 20 years. We have 5 large dogs and they love coming in!! All my family members (aunts, uncles, grandparents) all come here as well! Super friendly and always helpful. We love Cantrell's!!!

Horrible horrible..if I could give zero stars I would. My Goldendoodle had a terrible infection in both ears after their grooming. And not sure why they need to keep the dogs ALL day. Additionally I was not able to meet the groomer. I thought this was strange. So a $75 groom ended up costing me several hundred dollars after vet visit and meds!! Never again!

Beware! Had an issue that I wanted to discuss with the owner "Ray" concerning the handling of my dog. He would not have even a short conversation. "Take your dog to another groomer " So I will. If you love your dog, stay away. Awful

We have been using Ray for over 20 years, and in total he has looked after 5 of our dogs. Our dogs are not only beautifully groomed, but well looked after and we know he has love and compassion for our pets. A big plus is the excellent communication - reminders to drop off and pick up - because we're all busy!

Cantrells did a great job grooming my labradoodle puppy. I realized I wanted something different the day after they groomed him so I went back and they adjusted the cut to exactly how I wanted it for free. My puppy was excited to go back so they must have treated him well
