I am actually posting on behalf of my sister who sends her son here. I am reviewing because I witness what happens since I have to run and pick him up multiple times a week for getting sent home. It’s funny how it’s the same time every single day and the issue is the same thing. They delay opening without proper amount of time to allow parents who work schedules to prepare. They are understaffed and the kids come home sick all the time with “sickness” that’s spread to all the kids in the daycare so proper cleaning is an issue. They also kick kids out if they aren’t up to their standards or “difficult” children to deal with.If your child has special needs DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. For the sake of our babies, there is no patience or training to deal with children with special needs. It’s sad. Save yourself the hassle and find another daycare because you will have to find one after a few months being here anyway.

I am so glad I got lucky with my daycare selection the first time around. I have 2 children at this daycare and I am very blessed to have such a caring staff attending to my babies. They are always very understanding and I can tell they all genuinely care for my children. The daycare is always clean and they always make safety and health a top priority. They always have events and fun stuff going on for the kids to do. They have taught my children so much already. I love hearing the words "Mommy I had the best day!" from my daughter every time she leaves those doors (The other one does not talk yet but if she could I bet she'd say the same lol). Thank you to the entire staff at Little Critters!

Absolutely love the daycare. My daughter has been there for almost 2 years. Today would be her last day there but we are very grateful for the wonderful and loving teachers and staff at the facility. Thank you for taking such great care of my little angel while she was there.

I would not recommend this daycare for anyone who is having financial struggles as a single parent and/or as a person of color. We were treated very poorly and was kicked out of daycare for lack of communication. They don’t care about your struggles you have at home. They are a business first and do not provide any support to single parents who are lacking resources. So if you are a single mom/dad and a person of color I would beg you to reconsider.

Amazing place & I’m glad i finally found a place I’m comfortable leaving my kids at . They keep me 100% in the loop about what their doing all day long with pictures and messages . When my kids are out for the day the teachers take their time to message and check on them . My daughter has had a hard time at a few places we’ve tried out and on top of that separation anxiety and they do an amazing job with calming her. They really treat your kids like their own .

This is a good daycare center. My daughter has been advancing since she started attending this daycare. They have helped me with many milestones for her. They make me feel very comfortable when dropping her off by reassuring me that she is in good hands. The teachers/aides are great also. They really and truly care about the children.

The daycare teachers are wonderful. And I believe they tried to keep a clean facility. I understand it's hard to do so but my daughter got hand foot and mouth twice from being here. And lice. -though she states nobody in the facility had lice. But daycare and home are the only places my kids go. Ms. Brenda (the owner) is nice but can be a little condensending. The facility is closed once a month for training. Which is hard to find a sitter for those days considering everyone works. They closed 2 classrooms due to illness. It was just impossible to find extra care when that's the reason they're in daycare. There isnt much toys for the kids to play with that I ever see. And a few times when I came to pick up my kids due to illness or what have you, a few of the teachers were sitting on the floor on their phones.(toddler 1 classroom) Not doing anything productive with the children. One bought of diarrhea and they send your kid home, which its usually atleast 2 or 3 at other centers. My reason for the review is to give my honest experience. Again, maybe they did try to keep the facility as clean and bad germ free as possible but it wasn't enough.

My son has been going here since he was 7 months old (he’s 3 now) he loves going here. All of the teachers have been great thus far. I have no complaints. My son looks forward to going to daycare everyday! Best daycare in Cleveland in my opinion. I recommend them to everyone I know!

The staff at Little Critters are amazing!! My grandson has been attending there for over 2 years and learns new things everyday! The teachers are so caring and loving and supportive. I know my grandson is in great hands with them. We had a bad experience at another daycare and were very leary of leaving him in a daycare after that, however I now have no worries thanks to the awesome staff at Little Critters! You guys are the best and I really appreciate you all!!

I really love this daycare for my daughter I’m glad I found this daycare. Everybody there are really great people they always speak I never had a problem with the daycare. The staff in everyone there are great people. my daughter always tell me how she love her new school she don’t never wont to leave school because she really love her friends & teachers in she tell me she be having a good time she come home telling me new things she learned I just wont to say thank you to everyone there y’all deserve a big S/o I will refer this daycare to friends & family. In I really love the app because the staff always keep you posted it on what your child is doing great environment
