I have been using lime tax service for 2 years and was generally pleased with service. However, my local tax return underwent an audit and was found to be prepared incorrectly. This meant that I owed money. Lime tax service was initially responsive. But after follow up questions no further response was received. I ended up figuring it out myself. I will be utilizing a different tax preparation service in the future.
