This did a terrible job. I drove straight to Madison Ave car wash and they did a fantastic job!They hand dry it at the end. Go there instead.

Bought the $20 wash yesterday around 830pm. It couldn't even get the bird crap off of my car the pressure was so low. What's the point if your wash can't even get that off a car? Going elsewhere from now on.

Car wash was good, but wow the vacuums are terrible. $1 in quarters for 3 minutes of vacuum power equivalent to someone with two collapsed lungs sucking through a straw.

I decided to try this place in spite of the recent poor reviews. Unfortunately my experience was also poor. I had some dried bird poo on the roof of my car and it was unshaken by the wash, the rocker panels also still had brake dust and grime on their lower edges. Honestly I am surprised because it seems like a good wash when it's happening, but it's just not effective. You are better off paying someone to hand wash your car if you are seeking a brushless wash for whatever reason. The only reason I can give 2 stars is because I needed an underbody wash and I think it accomplished that, at least. 2/5

Paid 20 bucks for the top package and still have dirt and grime all over my car. I am definitely not going to be back. Very disappointed!

I’ve given this car wash multiple tries and every single time I’m very disappointed. My car doesn’t even look like it’s been touched. I like the idea that it’s touchless to avoid scratches, but you’re wasting your money going here. Spraying it with your garden hose would produce the same results.

It's a shame to come here to wash your car and they take your bill, I paid 20 dollars for a 10 dollar wash, they never gave me any change and worst of all the car wash door didn't open!!!! I looked for some staff to see the security cameras and give me my money back and there is no one!! I call the number on the website and no one answers.

Great customer service. I had a small problem with a car wash, emailed them that night, and they immediately replied to me in the morning with a coupon code for another wash. I respect any company that has great customer service like this. I've never had a problem before with a wash there and I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
